Raydan Darkerly was a great warrior, standing for what was right. Raydan was the only one willing to listen to Jaime Lannister, also known as the Kingslayer, but never stood up for him, believing he did not have honor. Raydan was a very isolated person, like most Darkerly's are since they are too impatient to travel. He lost his mother at a young age and his father after he married Lursia Butterwell, a woman from the Riverlands from the Whitewalls. Raydan was known for being short tempered and coldish. He wasn't much of a talker only when he was with family or friends he trusted.
