Riler was known for beging kind and caring, he was trained to be a ruler and a fighter. He was very isolated, untill his father made him travel the North. Where he met a smuggler who told him how he got into Kingslanding, he uses that information later to get into Kingslanding with two of his siblings, and he told him he once fucked a redhead woman, Riler could not remember more of the conversation since he was drunk. Riler was very protective over his younger siblings, even Tavion who didn't need protection. Riler had a crush om Sansa Stark, keeping it a secret for many years, accedenitly revealing his feelings when he was pretending to be someone else at the army of Tywin Lannister. He is still planning on becoming lord of Darkerly Castle once everything has been fixed.
He ended up being the Lord of Dragonstone and starting his own sigil, an arctic fox with blue fire around. He had four children and is happily married to Avelley Valeryon. He died at the age of 71 in bed as his oldest son Raydan took over Dragonstone.
