"Who's training wheels here?"
"You seriously out that hand at me again and you're going to lose it", I impatient snap at the paramedic who is holding me down on the sick bed.
"Ma'am" The man who is holding my shoulders sternly warns "You can hardly stand. I highly suggest that you get yourself checked out at the hospital-"
"Both of you get your hands off me or I will remove them myself", I snap irritably. Thanks to Pepper she had called an ambulance for me which is in my opinion highly ridiculous. I understand her concern but we've got other things to worry about. Bigger fish to fry and all that jazz. Once their hands are off me I pace shakily over to Pepper who stands looking upon the wreckage that had been her home.

She must have heard my footsteps approach because Pepper glances back to me "Adeline you should be going to the hospital. You could barely stand less than an hour ago."
"Really?" I question Pepper rhetorically with a raised eyebrow "I'm seriously your biggest problem right now?"
Pepper manages a half smile but its weak, concern for Tony written across her face as she looks over the helmet. Before I can make a remark about how me helping Tony literally went up in flames, Pepper rolls the mask over to see a small red flashing light inside. When she glances to me curiously I shake my head, not having a clue what it could be. Placing the helmet over her face I cannot make out a thing from inside. Although when she pulls the helmet from her head, I take the large grin across her features as a good sign. "He's alive", Pepper breathes out "Tony's alright!" Breathing a sigh of relief myself I embrace Pepper supportivly, her small hands gripping me tightly. Holding the helmet out Pepper encourages "There is something there for you too."
Confused I take the helmet hesitantly from Pepper. Gripping either side I carefully push it over my head. Once it's sitting comfortably I'm enveloped in darkness. After a moment I just feel like an idiot in a Halloween mask, "Pepper it's not-"
