"Beg your pardon?"

"Not nice on the other side of it, is it?"

Strange's portal feels different from mine like I've got one straight direction without an option to change my mind. Whereas mine is more open to interpretation. My portals know where I wish to go instead of containing one single end goal. As soon as we're tossed through the portal I'm leaping out into the calm fields of Norway. Immediately I'm regretting my decision to wear shorts, the chilly winter air nipping at the skin. Although my attention is momentarily taken from the climate when I notice Loki once again smack into the grassy ground, snapping his head around to glare at my snickering presence.

"Well", I amusingly drawl out turning to Thor "As great as this has been I best be going." Clapping Thor on his shoulder I tell him "It was great to see you're doing well." Spinning on my heel I shrug towards Loki "You not so much you."

Rolling his eyes, Loki sarcastically waves his fingers towards me "Goodb-"

"Wait now Adeline", Thor interjects into Loki's farewell. Peering over to Thor I watch him carefully as he gestures to the shorter and much older man on the cliff face "Why not meet our father whilst you are here with us? I'm sure he would enjoy greeting Earth's great defender."

"I'm flattered really", I brush Thor off, creating a portal before me "But I've got people waiting for me. I'm still waiting on a call-"

"Oh for Odin's sake", Loki snaps slapping my shoulder "Just do it mortal."

Furrowing my eyebrows I childishly slap Loki's arm right back "Adeline. My name is Adeline."

Groaning Loki rolls his eyes "Adeline. Do this so I can return back to Asgard sooner instead of hanging about in this disgusting mortal field that smells like feet."

Dragging my gaze off of Loki I peer back at Thor who is watching me hopefully despite his brothers clipped tone. With a heavy sigh, I flick my wrist, closing the portal by my side. I suppose I don't really have anything waiting on me at the moment. "Sure", I sighing heavily, giving into my friends hopeful gaze "Let's go meet Papa Odinson."
