"She couldn't have tracked me. Natasha has skill but she's not that skilled."

"That's why she sent a ghost to hunt you down. Besides the trial of bodies you've left from the East, West and South coast made it a little obvious Shawshank."

Two Years Later.
The bag's packed I load them into the luxury sports car I'm long term loaning from Tony. He's not been around to use them so why not? He and Steve still aren't speaking yet and I think that is part of the reason Tony's not been around the HQ. I mean... besides Morgan. Even after a few months, she's growing rapidly. I've taken on the fun aunt role already and go over at least five times a fortnight to see her. I'm a little obsessed with her tiny fingers I won't lie. When I'm not over there cooing over Morgan and poking fun at Tony's parenting skills.

I've been hunting down Clint as a favor to Natasha. A few months ago the census was completed on those who had been dusted in the Snap. Since I'd been trying to hunt him down for Natasha's sake I'd been skimming the billion name list and found that all four of them had been dusted. But not Clint. He'd reported them before vanishing off the face of the Earth. Natasha has been going out of her mind trying to figure out where Barton is or if he's even okay. Clearly, he isn't because from the information I've been gathering over the past months... I think Clint's fallen off the deep end. Wherever he is the bodies just pile up. Not the innocent, no. Drug dealers, pimps, murderers, rapists, gang members all trailing down south.

"Call me as soon as you get there", Natasha embraces me tightly as I wrap my arms around her "If anything happens or you need me to make a call-"

"I know who to come too", I assure her, giving her a brave smile. The hesitation in Natasha's eyes is as unmissable as the worry which has resided there for days. "I'm going to find him Nat", I assure her confidently "Sometimes only a ghost can track a ghost."

"That's why I came to you Addie", Natasha tells me with a smile "You know how to disappear and what channels he would've taken." Chuckling, Natasha adds "You hid from me for how many years, right?"
