Peering up from my phone I catch Tony's curious gaze rested solely on me. When I notice Steve, Thor, and Bruce all staring at me too I roll my eyes "I have other people in my life. My world doesn't revolve solemnly around you six freaks."
"Yet not five hours after your exoneration you're on a jet to Sokovia with us", Natasha calls back from her co-piolet seat "Would you look at that?"
As I dismissively shake my head, smirking towards Natasha, Thor points out "Stark advises me of your link to the Tesseract." Returning my attention to Thor I watch him gesture towards me with his hammer "I believe there is a property of your power left unknown to you Adeline."
"I use the energy from particles of matter to create fields and disappear into thin air", I explain placidly to Thor "You cannot honestly be telling me there is more."
"Clearly you never read the file Tony and I put together for you", Bruce bashful mentions from my left "Good to know that research has gone to waste."
Tilting my head to Bruce I advise him with a blunt smirk "I looked over the pretty pictures."
Whilst Tony huffs, Thor wisely imparts "I used the Tesseract as a gateway to travel back home to Asgard. Of course, your government needed to create a device strong enough to harness the power-"
