We decided to all stay the night at my house. None of us knew what was going on or if it would happened to another one of us.

Jin, Jimin, Tae, and Jungkook all decided to sleep in the living room, while RM, Hobi, and Yoongi stayed in a bedroom down the hall from mine.

I had trouble falling asleep, so I went downstairs to get a glass of water. I tried to be quiet so I wouldn't wake anyone. I was about to step through the door to the kitchen when I heard something shatter. I grabbed the lamp beside me, not knowing what I was about to walk into. Someone could have been breaking into my house. I looked into the living room, everyone was still asleep. I walked into the kitchen ready for what was waiting for me. I walked in and it was dark, so I turned on the light.

"Thank goodness!" I sighed, relieved.

"Sorry, I was trying to get something to drink," Yoongi said as he bent down to pick up the broken glass on the floor.

"It's fine," I said and went to help him.

"Why do you have a lamp?" He asked me.

"Oh, I thought someone was breaking in, and it was the only thing I could grab," I told him, realizing a lamp wasn't going to make much of a difference.

"Okay, well sorry again about the glass," he said.

"It's fine. What are you doing up this late?" I asked him.

"Couldn't sleep," he said, and slightly moved his head back and forth as if he was trying to get rid of a thought.

"Me too," I told him.

A noise came from the living room and Yoongi flipped the light switch off.

"What are you doing?" I asked him, and he came behind me, covering my mouth.

"Shh," is all he said, so I just stood there.

He kept his hand over my mouth, and I went to move it, but my hand glowed. We stood there for a few minutes after the noise stopped, my hand still glowing.

I moved my hand to remove his from my mouth and his glowed, too. They made a crackling sound this time, like a campfire.

I still had a hold of his hand and turned around. His face was so close to mine. I could feel his breath.

I heard an owl hoot outside and I turned my head towards the window. There was a full moon outside.

"Come," I told him, and pulled him toward the door, still holding his hand.

"Where?" He whispered to me. His voice was still so smooth and purred.

"You'll see," I looked back at him smiling and pulled him out the back door from the kitchen towards the woods.

I started running and he kept up. We went into the middle of woods. I walked as fast as I could without tripping. When we were almost there, both of us tripped on a fallen tree trunk. We were laying on the ground.

"Ow," Yoongi said.

"Sorry, I forgot about the tree," I said to him and he chuckled.

"It's okay. You couldn't hurt me," he said and turned his head to look into my eyes, and I looked into his.

A light covered him, the moonlight. I looked up, enjoying the beautiful moon.

"Was this what you wanted to come out here for?" he asked with his smooth voice.

"Yeah, it's the best place to look at the moon. The trees separate perfectly and the moonlight shines bright," I said in awe of nature's beauty.

"Yeah, it's pretty perfect," he said while looking at me.

I laid there with him directly beside me. I looked at the moon, and held my hand up as if I was to touch it. Yoongi put his up too and held my hand.

Our hands glowed brightly and I felt a sting on my wrist, the side where my thumb is. I took my hand back to look at it. There was a scar of a crescent moon on my wrist. I looked at Yoongi's and he had one, too.

"What is this?" I asked as we looked at our scars.

"I don't know," he said as he held his up to mine.

We pressed our wrists together and our hands began to glow.

"When they go together, they make a full moon," I said to him. The crescent moons glowing together and filling to make the shape of a full moon.

"Yeah," he said and we just held our hands together and looked at the moon.

"So, I was wondering. How come you didn't want us to take you to the hospital earlier?" he asked.

I sighed, "They would ask questions."

"What kind of questions? How you got hurt? You could just say you fell down the steps and hit your head," he told me, not realizing how much of a big deal this was.

"That's not it. It's just that... I'm not 18 yet and they would ask for my parents... Parents that I don't have," I told him.

"I'm sorry. What happened to them?" he asked, assuming that they just died.

"They left, and I don't know where they went. I remember being with them for 2 years. From when I was 11 to when I was 13. I don't remember anything before then, and I don't even remember their names. Just vaguely what they looked like," I told him, remembering that I haven't always been lonely my entire life. That I had people, and they left me for no reason whatsoever.

"So you didn't want to go to the hospital, because they would ask you where your parents were?" He asked.

"Yeah, but it's not just that. If they figured out my parents were gone, then they would put me with a random family to take care of me. I'd rather be alone than risk being in a home where they did bad things to me. I know some of those homes are good, but I've only heard of the bad ones," I said, starting to shake.

I was getting cold and scared if I was to be taken away and put into a stranger's home.

"Well what did your parents look like?" Yoongi asked, taking my mind off the scary subject.

"My mom had long, beautiful dark hair, and would always dress professionally, like she worked for a company. And my dad always had his hair fixed and wore professional clothes, too. And he had glasses. They made him look kind of dorky, and I remember I would put them on all the time. I always made fun of him for his glasses," I said with a smile on my face, but became sad.

That made me think: Is that why they left? Because I would always put on his glasses and tease him? Was I ungrateful and disrespectful?

"That sounds nice," Yoongi said. He could tell the memories were starting to bother me. "So, how long have you been coming out here?" he gestured towards our surroundings.

"Ever since my parents left," I told him, and looked at the moon, and closed my eyes, enjoying the quiet wilderness.

"It's nice," he said and put his arm under my head.

I was still shaking from the cold, and I could fell his body emitting heat. His hands were glowing, and I started to fell warmer. It felt so cozy, and my eyes were closed. I slowly drifted asleep...
