I had been awake since I woke up early in the morning and got up to get ready around 6:00am. I took a shower, dried my hair, and picked out my clothes for the day. A white sweater and my ripped, black jeans. I wore neutral colors most of the time. They made me not stand out and went with everything. I went downstairs to the kitchen to see if I had anything to eat for breakfast. I ate a banana and finished off the grapes the boys had almost completely eaten. It was Friday, so it was trash day. I had to gather all the trash around the house and put it outside. When I put it outside, I saw Jungkook and Tae running down the road, well Jungkook was running, Tae just looked like he was along for the ride. They saw me and came over to say hi.
"Hey, what's up?" Jungkook asked. He wasn't out of breath, he was speaking normally. I don't understand how people can do that.
"Nothing much, just taking the trash out," I told him.
"Let me help you with those bags," Tae said as he reached to take the trash bags out of my hands. When our hands touched, he flinched. "Do you have any dryer sheets?" he asked. "You have some static."
"Thanks and yeah, I have some. Do you all want to come in?" I asked them.
"No, we have another lap, but how about all of us come over and we can walk to school?" Jungkook asked.
"Yeah, sure, and I'll try to get rid of my static while you're gone," I giggled and they ran off to finish their lap.
I went inside to wash my hands, and I got a dryer sheet from the laundry room to try and get rid of this darn static. I rubbed them all over me, they are supposed to take away static, but I felt like I didn't have any in the first place. I definitely smelt like freshly washed clothes when I went outside to wait for them. It was 8:00am when they came and got me.
"Come on, let's go! We're going to be late!" Jimin yelled.
"Well you all were the ones that took so long. I've been ready for 30 minutes. What took you all so long?" I asked them and they all glared at Jimin.
"What? I don't know what takes me so long," he was already done with this conversation.
"Okay well let's speed walk so we can get there quick," I told them.
"We're going to have to run if we are going to make it on time," Jimin said as he put me on his back and started running. We both started laughing and he said, "You really need to do something about your static. I think you've shocked us all." Tae looked at me when he said that.
"I rubbed dryer sheets all over me, I smell like laundry detergent. I don't know what it is," I said as I looked at Tae over my shoulder.
"Okay, you can let me down now. We are almost there," I told Jimin, and he let me down, but just grabbed my hand and started running to school. He practically dragged me, I still don't understand how some people can move so fast.
When we made it in the school, Jimin and I walked to our first class together while the others went to their first class. There was hardly anyone in there, and I remembered that there was a field trip to the historical museum, and everyone in there was the ones that didn't turn in their permission forms. I turned mine in, with a forged signature, of course. The school still thinks that my parents and I still live in the same home.
"We forgot about that field trip to the historical museum," I told Jimin.
"Oh well, I didn't want to go anyways," He chuckled.
"Weren't your brothers supposed to go, too?" I asked him.
"Yeah, why?" He asked.
"The trip is all day and we won't have anything to do," I told him.
"Okay, let's go," He said as he grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the classroom.
"Go?? Where?" I asked him anxiously.
"Anywhere, we don't need to be here if we are just going to sit and do nothing, so where do you want to go? It is Friday and we have all weekend," He said and looked at me with adventurous eyes.
"Okay, let's go," I told him with a mischievous smile.
