~40~ My Last Day

I woke up to the sun shining in my eyes. My head was still laying on Yoongi's chest.

"Hmmm," I whined. I wanted to sleep longer.

"Morning," he said and yawned. He held me tighter.

"There isn't enough hours in the day to sleep," I said.

"We can get up in another 10 minutes," he said.

We laid there for 10 minutes. I kept my eyes closed, enjoying every minute I had with him.

"Okay, lets go," he said.

He rose up and I awkwardly rose up with him like I had before.

"I just want to sleep today," I told him.

"I know, but we have other things to do today," he said.

"Like what?" I asked.

"Make a plan to get you back," he said.

"Great," I mumbled.

I would have had 2 more days to plan, but for some reason Yoongi's boss wants me tonight. His deadline was probably cut short, too. The people that actually want me probably told him that they needed me sooner. But why?

"Come on, we have a lot to do today," he said.

He stood up and I did, too. We went to my house first. Jin, Jungkook, Tae, and Jimin were in the living room asleep. I walked over to them and tapped on their arms to wake them up.

"Hey, are you awake now?" I asked them.

They all just whined.

"Come on, some plans changed," I said and they all stayed where they were and tried to go back to sleep. "They have to take me to them tonight," I told them and their eyes opened.

"Tonight?" Jimin asked.

"Yeah, they came to us last night and said I had to be there tonight," I told them.

"Okay, let's go," Jin said and got up.

They changed their clothes, and I took a short shower and changed mine.

We all went to the Cypher House to get Hobi and Namjoon. When we went in they were attempting to make breakfast. Namjoon just burned the egg he was frying.

"Hobi, get me another egg," he said.

"Back up and let me do it," Jin said and took the spatula from Namjoon.

"Since when do you all make yourselves breakfast?" I asked.

"Well it's not really for us," Namjoon said.

"No one is going to have breakfast if you all keep burning everything," Jin said. I giggled.

"Okay, well we need to make the plan today. Did Hobi tell you?" Yoongi asked Namjoon.

"Yeah, so I was thinking..." he explained his plan.

Everyone tried to help out with the plan but no one could agree on what to do. When Jin finished breakfast, we took a break and ate.

He made eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and pancakes. I got a little bit of everything. Jin was such a good cook. I would miss it.

Jin and Yoongi had told me they would teach me and they didn't have a chance to. We got caught up in trying to be prepared for what was coming. And when I think about it, all of that preparing was a waste of time. I should have been enjoying every minute of everything I could have been doing.

"I'll be right back," I said and went to the bathroom.

I sat behind the door thinking.

Why is it so important to try and be prepared for different scenarios we don't even know is going to happen? It seems so pointless. I shouldn't even worry about what's going to happen because I don't know what's going to happen. And like Hobi said, "in the end, everything always works out."

I got up and washed my face with cold water. I felt better. I went into the kitchen and sat back down at the table.

"So maybe we could-" I cut Namjoon off.

"No, no more plans. We can't agree on anything. We don't know what is going to happen. I'm done talking and hearing about it. I can just go and see what happens. There are things I want to do today that I haven't had the chance to do. I don't want to waste it on making useless plans," I told them.

"Okay, what do you want to do then?" Hobi asked me.

"Learn to cook," I said looking at Jin and Yoongi.

"Okay, lets go. We can make lunch," Jin said.

"And we can make dinner," Yoongi said.

"Thanks," I said, and Jin and I went into the kitchen to make lunch.
