He made it so the dragon's have all the rights and human's hardly have any. Now it's present day. The evil dragon is still ruling the land. You had grown up in this world under the evil dragon. One day, you are walking down the street carrying food for yourself. Suddenly you find yourself surrounded by guards. Instantly you know that they had caught you stealing the food.
