You live in one of those neighborhoods were everyone knows each other and are friends with each other. In other words you live in a very safe neighborhood. Due to your neighborhood being so safe, many families live there. One day your talking with someone who lives in your neighborhood when they brought up the fact that the house next to yours has been sold and someone would be moving into it shortly.
