- Takami's POV -

Doorbell Rings

"Sachie? You in there?" Junto, Haru, Aki, and I were waiting for the front door to open.

The door opened and I saw Mrs. Maeda. "Oh, Takami, what brings you here?"

"Sachie didn't come to school today, so we thought we should check up on her." I smiled.

"Oh my. What a group of good looking men." Mrs. Maeda giggled and came closer to my ear. "Is this your harem?"

"What! Of course not!" I backed away and bumped into Junto's body. I quickly turned around and bowed. "I'm so sorry!"

"Mom, who's at the door?" Sachie came down the staircase with a blanket wrapped around her.

"Sachie!" I quickly ran into the house and into her arms. "I don't have a harem, right!!!" Tears ran down my face.

"Harem?" Junto, Haru, Aki, and Sachie questioned.

Mrs. Maeda sweat-dropped. "How about you guys sit on the couch while I make some tea?"

We all sat on the couch, waiting for our tea. "So what did you guys come here for?" Sachie asked.

"Well, you didn't come to school today, so we got worried," Junto said.

Sparkles started to surround Sachie and Junto. "You worried about me?" Sachie said in a soft tone.

"Of course. We all did." Junto smiled.

Haru, Aki, and I started to become isolated.

"Why do I feel like an extra in the Sachie and Junto show?" Aki said annoyed. I giggled and Aki looked at me smiling.

"Wowow, what is this all about?" Sachie pointed out. "I don't remember you guys being so close," She happily said.

I realized that Junto looked at both of us depressed. "I mean we aren't that close, we just came to a consensus."

Sachie smirked. "I doubt it..." Then she suddenly coughed.

"So this is why you didn't come to school today," Haru stated.

"We shouldn't bother you any further." All of us got up from the couch. "Feel better, Sachie." Junto smiled at her.

Sachie blushed. "Yeah, thanks." She walked us out of the house and then went back to her bedroom.

"I go this way." Haru pointed to the left.

"So do I," Junto and Aki said at the same time.

"Oh, I go this way." I pointed to the right. "I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow."

- Haru's POV -

"Damn, Takami's harem, huh?" I laughed. "Oh right, don't you like Takami, Junto?"

Junto smiled. "Yeah."

"Really? I didn't know." Aki put his hands behind his head.

"I mean I don't talk about it much, but she regretted me." Junto frowned.

I raised an eyebrow. "But didn't you say you were gonna be her..." Junto quickly covered my mouth and made a huddle.

"What are you doing? You can't tell Akihiro that I want to be her boyfriend." Junto whispered to me.

"What? Why not?"

"Takami likes Aki and Aki likes Takami."

"Yeah, but that was like years ago. They probably don't even have feelings for each other anymore."

"How do you know?"

"Fine, I'll ask." I stood up. "Hey, Aki. Do you like Takami?" Junto tried to cover my mouth but failed.

Aki looked at both of us. "Nope, not at all."

The Next Day

"Good morning, Takami!" Two parallel lines of boys stood vertically to make a pathway for me.

"Good morning." I smiled gently at them.

In the School

I put on my school shoes and headed for the classroom. I opened the door and saw Sachie sitting on top of her desk.

"You feeling better?" I asked as I walked closer to my desk.

"Yeah, it was only a little flu."

I looked over at Aki and saw him sleeping on the desk as usual. I really want to talk to him more...

"Hey, Aki," Sachie called out to him. "You should visit Tapioca sometime."

Aki woke up from his nap. "Huh?"

"Tapioca? The place I work at?"

"Sure."

I smiled, "Then maybe we can go together."

He smiled back at me and then went back to sleep.

During Lunch

In the Hallways

"Takami! Sachie!" We both looked back and saw Hisao running towards us.

"What's wrong, Hisao?" Sachie said.

"Our interview. We need to schedule it." Hisao bent down, trying to catch his breath.

"Interview?" Sachie looked over to me.

I awkwardly giggled. "I agreed to do an interview when you weren't here."

"It's fine," Sachie smiled. "When do you want to do this?" She asked him.

"Well, how's tomorrow during lunch?"

"Great!" Hisao waved at us when he was running back to his classroom.

Sachie and I started to the gymnasium.

"I'm surprised you said yes to the interview," Sachie said.

"I was just being nice. Remember, I'm not that comfortable with this popular thing."

"Exactly, that's why I'm surprised."

At the Gymnasium

As Sachie and I headed for the bleachers, Junto stopped us.

"Hey, Takami. Can I ask you something?"

"Sure. What is it?" I tiled my head.

"Will you go on a date with me?" He asked straightforwardly.

Sachie suddenly started to fade away. I looked back and felt bad for Sachie. "Junto..." Then I looked at Aki throwing a basketball. "I'm sorry. I told you I'm..."

Junto cut me off, "Please let me just prove myself."

I thought about Sachie and how devastated she would be if I said yes. "Junto... y..."

"Yes???" Junto got excited. "Great, I'll pick you up on Saturday at 12 PM." He ran back to practice.

I was speechless. "What just happened?" I looked back and saw Sachie out of words as well. "Sachie, I didn't even say yes!!! I was gonna tell him that you liked him!!"

"That's even worse! He can't know that I like him!" Everyone in the gymnasium stared at us. We both sweat-dropped and started to whisper. "It will ruin everything if he knew I liked him." Sachie looked to the side. "Besides, I kinda wanna confess myself." She blushed.

I was shocked by her words for a second. "Awwww."

Sachie continued to blush.
