- Kenta's POV -

Door Bell Rings

I ran downstairs and opened the door. "Akihiro! You came here to hang out with me?" I jumped in excitement.

"I'm actually here to see Takami." Akihiro touched my head. "Sorry, buddy, next time."

"Pffft. She's sleeping right now." I lead Akihiro to Takami's room. "Hold up, let me wake her up." I walked closer to Takami's bed. "Takami! Wake up!"

"Ahhh!!" She rolled out of bed and fell on the floor. "What was that for!"

"Akihiro is here to see you." I moved out of the way so she could see him.

"Oh, Aki." She got up from the floor. "What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to take you somewhere today."

"I'm gonna go back to my room." I quickly ran back.

- Akihiro's POV -

"Just let me use the bathroom first." Takami left her room and went to the bathroom.

"So this is what her room looks like." I looked around and saw a photo of the two of us when we were younger. "Brings back a lot of memories."

"Okay, I'm done using the bathroom. What did you come here for?" She walked over to her closet.

"I was gonna ask if you wanna mourn my father's death with me."

She looked back at me in confusion. "Why me? What about Mrs. Suzu?" She went back to her closet.

"She went yesterday while I was at basketball practice." I continued to look around the room.

"Are you sure you want me to go with you?" Takami pulled out a black and white dress from her closet.

"Yeah, it'll be really nice if he actually meets you." I stepped outside of her room so she could put on her clothes.

"Sure, why not? I actually wanna talk to him." She opened the door and smiled. "Let's go."

I smiled as well and headed for the front door. "Also..." As I opened the front door, Haru, Sachie, and Junto were standing outside.

"What are you guys doing here?" Takami asked.

"Well, Akihiro asked us to come with him to mourn his father's death," Junto said.

"I don't get why though."

I put his arm around Haru's neck. "Because I want my father to personally meet you guys."

"You get to spend this special day with Aki," Sachie whispered into Takami's ear.

"Sachie, I don't want to remember this day that way. This is supposed to be a sad day for him."

- Takami's POV -

We finally got to the cemetery and walked to Aki's father's grave.

"Hey, Dad." Aki kneed down to talk to his father. "Moving back to Hakata has been the best decision. I got to meet a lot of amazing people. These are some of my friends."

"Hey, I'm Junto."

"I'm Haru."

"Sachie!"

"I'm Takami. It's very nice to meet you."

"Dad, thanks for looking out for me." Aki looked at us. "But I think I'll be fine."

Haru smiled. "Of course, we got your back." We all smiled at Aki.

Aki shed a tear. "Thanks, guys."

"We'll go down first." Haru, Junto, and Sachie walked away, leaving only Aki and me.

I closed my eyes and started to talk to his father.

Mr. Kaneko. Why did you tell Aki that I was a friend that you bought? Did I offend you in some way? I really wish you would give me an answer... but I'm glad that you raised Aki. He's the one I'll always love.

"Takami? You okay?" Aki looked at me.

"Oh yeah, I was just talking to your father." I awkwardly giggled. "You know, I should probably follow Sachie." I quickly ran away.

- Akihiro's POV -

"Dad, you just meet the person who's really special to me. I wish you could've actually met her."

At Tapioca

"Here are your drinks." Sachie put them down on the table.

"Do you really have to work? We just came back from the cemetery." Takami pointed out.

"Yep, I need the money." She walked away with her tray.

I slipped on my drink until I heard Akane walked through the door.

"Oh my God! Junto! I didn't know you'd be here." She giggled.

"You sure? Because the window is transparent." I continued to sip my drink.

Takami giggled and Akane looked at her angrily. "Sorry." Takami slipped her drink.

"Akane, what do you want?" Junto didn't make eye contact with Akane.

Takami and I looked at each other confused.

"Um... I wanted to ask if you wanted to go on a date with me." She held her purse tightly.

"Sorry, Akane, but I can't."

"What! Why not! No one has ever rejected me before!" She tried to lift the whole table up, but she couldn't.

"I like someone else. Besides, I don't like how you treat my friends." Junto acted ruthlessly.

"It's her, isn't it!" She pointed at Takami. "Why is it always you!" She grabbed her drink and poured it on top of her.

Sachie walked over and saw that Akane poured the drink on top of Takami. "Akane, leave now."

"Fine! Be that way! I don't like you anymore, Junto!" She cried and ran out of Tapioca.

Sachie came over to Takami and gave her a towel. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I just have to go use the bathroom." I smiled. I walked into my the bathroom and tried to myself up.

"You okay in there, Takami?" I heard Junto's voice behind the door.

"Yeah, I just have to take the liquid out of my hair and clothes." I used the towel Sachie gave me tried.

"I'm really sorry; this is all my fault."

"No, don't blame yourself. It was Akane who did it." I walked out of the bathroom, almost dried.

"You dry yet?" Junto looked at me.

"Almost." I grabbed my hair and twisted it.

His hair covered his eyes. "I'm sorry."

"Why do you keep saying that?"

Junto suddenly came closer to me and kissed me. My eyes widened not knowing what he was doing. He backed away and looked at me. I was in shock that I didn't move at all.

"Sorry." His hair still covered his eyes and he walked away.

I was standing there still shocked. "What just happened?"
