DIANARA's POV
Marahas kong isinara ang pinto ng kwarto ko at nag-impake ng mga damit. I already texted mama and papa about my decision and they agreed kahit alam kong labag iyon sa kalooban nila.
I just have to distance myself first. Kailangan ko ng space para sa sarili ko. I don't plan in going anywhere, I mean yes aalis ako pero I'll just be around. Kailangan ko lang talagang umalis ng bahay because I know Yuan will come here and when that happens, magiging marupok na naman ako. Tangna lang. So, I better leave. Makikinig naman ako sa explanation niya pero I just can't listen and bare to see him yet, after those revelations, my brain dried. Geez, I have to rest!
After packing I immediately took my cards and went out. Matapos pumara ng taxi ay nagpahatid na ako sa lugar na kung saan alam kong walang mananakit sa akin.
Nagpahatid ako sa isang condominium, papa bought me one when I first went back here in the Philippines, hindi ko naman masyadong nagamit dahil hindi na ako ulit bumalik rito..
Now, magagamit ko na siya. I went to the 13 floor at ipinasok ang susi sa condo ko. It's not that big, actually, maybe 6 times bigger that my apartment before pero this place is so wonderful. May studio ito na magagamit ko sa pagsasayaw. I didn't really stop dancing. I mean, I love dancing so much! May kusina na rin, fridge, may dalawang kwarto at may sala..
I first went to my room and put my clothes on the closet.. tapos ay lumabas na ako at nagluto dahil ginutom ako sa pananabunot ng Leslie na yun..
After cooking ay kumain na rin ako. Tapos nanood ng tv then humilata sa sofa.. tapos na bored. Kaya pumunta nalang ako sa studio para sumayaw..
I haven't danced in months!
Agad kong ipinlay ang tutog na napili ko sa phone ko at parang may sariling buhay ang aking katawan because the moment the music started, my body started to move too.
I WAS dancing for the whole day kaya pagod na pagod akong umupo sa sahig ng studio. I was in that position when I remembered something..
Right!
Mabilis kong kinuha ang cellphone ko at tinawag si Kitten.. for sure matutuwa yun.
"Good afternoon! Anong atin, aleng Dia?" I heard her playfully said from the other line making me chuckle..
"Grabe naman daw yun. Umm.. are you busy?" I asked..
"Ay oo.. busy ako.. busy kaka-upo." naiinip niyang sabi na ikinangisi ko.. perfect timing.
"So.. it's okay for you to drop by my unit?" I hopefully asked..
"What?! Of course!! Dos!! Prepare some clothes, pupunta tayo kina Dia!!" she suddenly shouted kaya mabilis kong inilayo ang cellphone ko mula sa tenga ko.. grabe na talaga si Kitten ngayon.
"Really? Okay, sweetie." I heard Dos said making me smile.. I'm happy for the both of them..
Pinatay ko na rin ang tawag after giving Kitten my address. Papunta na nga sila ngayon. She's really excited dahil bored na bored raw siya sa kanila kasi nag day-off raw yung maid nila na laging kausap niya..
as I wait for them, ay nag-bake nalang muna ako ng pie.. I'm not really good at it but okay naman ang lasa. Nakakain..
I was about to take my apron off when the bell rang kaya mabilis akong nagtungo roon. I smiled when I saw my married friendsnas I widen the opening of the door.
"WOW!! Ang cute ng unit mo, Dia!" Kitten complimented making me smile..
"Thanks.. tara.. I baked pie.. baka magustuhan niyo.."
Mabilis naman silang dalawang sumunod sa akin. Napangiti ulit ako ng makita ko si Kitten. I can perfectly see her baby bump and I guess pregnancy suits her because she became more pretty.. I bet that's a baby boy.
"So.. why are you here?" Dos suddenly asked making me stop from eating.. Kitten also looked at me making me anxious because I'm not ready to talk about it. Nahihiya ako.
"You can tell us, Dia.. don't worry, we won't judge you." Kitten reach for my hands and told me that with an assuring smile.. So, I did..
"I'm with Yuan.. but he's engaged to someone else." Nahihiya kong sabi sa kanila.. napayuko pa ako dahil sa hiya..
"Umm... yes, we know about that. Pero ayaw naman niyang ikasal dun." Dos stated making me confuse.
Alam nila? Did Yuan tell them? That's not impossible! He did asked for their help.
"Yun na nga.. pero.. kasi.. he promised her! He promised to marry her..." I stated as I took a deep breath.. nakakainis naman kasi si Yuan.. I really value promises.. I believe that promises are sacred so it should be kept and what he did, it broke my heart. He promised to marry someone and that someone is not me. It's not me..
"Have you heard his explanation?" Kitten asked all of the sudden. Tanging pag-iling lang ang naging sagot ako..
It was childish of me to not listen to Yuan's explanation but I was hurt!!
"Then.. you're being devastated for no reason. I'm sorry to tell you this, Dia but that move is a no-no.. did he tell you he loves you?" Kitten asked..
I nodded.
"Do you love him?" She asked again. I nodded.
"Then, be with him. We make decisions without thinking, Dia.. If you're in Yuan's shoes I bet you'll also do the best thing you think you can do at the moment. In your situation, si Yuan talaga iyong naiipit.. he's torn between his responsibility and his feelings for you. He loves you, there's no doubt in that, this is about you na, mahal mo ba siya gaya ng pagmamahal niya sayo?" Kitten stated making me think..
Mahal ko naman si Yuan.. mahal na mahal ko siya. Ano ang ibig niyang sabihin roon?
"What she means, Dia is that.. do you love Yuan as much as he loves you? Kaya mo bang ipaglaban siya gaya ng ginagawa niya?" I felt confused..
They're right.. mahal ko si Yuan.. pero.. all this time.. he's been the one doing everything to make us work..
Wala na akong ginawa kundi ang umalis.. magtago.. magalit..
While Yuan.. he looks for me.. he understands me.. loves me..
He did everything to make us work while I act so stupid..
