When the sky broke
And I sunk undergroundThey cried for me yesterday,
When they knocked on my door

When they realised I would not wakeThey laughed at me,
A year ago
When I said I wanted to fadeThey laughed at me,
A year ago
When I said I would be deadThey laughed and cried for me the next day,
How could they not have known my fate?
I told it to them, on every date
