Everyone was silent as the once commodore aimed his pistol at Jack. Jack was near a post, in which he hid behind, poking his head out from either side. The pistol stayed on Jack wherever he went. I had no weapons on me and I didn't know how I would handle this situation. Yet.
Jack smiled,"Your hired."
"Sorry," Norrington smirked,"Old habits and all that." Two men grabbed him, aiming his pistol up at the ceiling. Norrington pulled the trigger anyway hitting a chandelier which bounced into a bottle of rum. The drunken man seemed confused, punching the man next to Jim as if it were his fault.
The whole tavern broke into a fight, not really knowing why. The noise level had gone up to a much higher level than before, the occasional smashes happening here and there. Gibbs and I followed Jack, who didn't seem fazed by the huge fight happening amongst us. People were even drawing their swords!
The three of us would duck here and there, or stop a couple of times due to the individual fights. Jack would take a mans hat, trying it on for size. If he was not satisfied, he would take another, placing the old one on top of a poor soul. This continued until we were out of the tavern, almost safe and sound.

The new crew were all boarding the ship, taking on our cargo needed. Gibbs was checking everything whilst Jack and I stayed on the port. I tried to study our new crew, wondering how they would react when they found out we were sending them to something worse than death itself.
"Jack, why isn't your compass working for you?" I asked, sighing in the process. He hasn't stopped shaking it all night.
"I need to get to The Dead Mans Chest," he held up a finger before I could say anything,"It's the only way to stop Davy Jones." Gibbs had now joined us, informing that we were ready to sail.
"Fine then. But if we don't want it then who will?" We started to walk towards the ship, when someone called.
"Captain Sparrow!" Someone called. We turned around to see a puny looking boy behind us.
"Come to join me crew, lad? Welcome aboard." Jack said continuing to walk. I pulled up my dress and chased after him.
"I'm here to find the man I love." Both of us had stopped in our tracks, exchanging a confused glance. I knew Jack had broken many hearts but had he really gone that far?
"I am deeply flattered son, but my first and only love is the sea." We nodded towards each other, knowing it was a good excuse.
"Meaning William Turner, Captain Sparrow."
No. Just no.
The three of us turned around just in time to see Norrington throw up onto the waters below. He was covered in mud, no doubt a result from the fight. But much to my dismay, there stood Elizabeth Swan. We just couldn't get a break.
"Hide the rum." Jack warned Gibbs who scrambled away.
"You know these clothes don't flatter you at all, it should be a dress or nothing. I happen to have nothing in my cabin." I kicked his shin, causing him to yelp.
"Jack...I know Will came to find you, where is he?"
"Darling I am truly unhappy to tell you this but through an unfortunate and unforeseeable series of circumstances that has nothing to do with me, poor Will has been press ganged into Davy Jones' crew." Jack leant back, not knowing how she would react.
"Davy Jones?" As she questioned him, Gibbs called me up to the ship. I walked away without saying anything.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Are ye sure that ye be up for this sort of adventure?" He sounded concerned.
"You did promise me an adventure, remember?" I grinned, trying to hide my fear.
"I know but ye are still recovering from Jack's sudden appearance."
"I'll be fine I'm sure of it. Besides, this will take my mind off things."
"If ye are sure."
"Mr Gibbs!" Jack called from below. We leant over the railing to see him,"We have our heading."
"Finally!" Mr Gibbs cheered. This was it. The adventure had begun.
