(53) THOSE DREAMS

BENJAMIN'S POV
Halos magtakbuhan kaming lahat patungo sa kwarto ni Arin dahil sa biglang pag-iyak nito sa kalagitnaan ng gabi.

"Hey, it's okay Khezille. Ssshhh, I'm here. Please, don't cry." malumanay na sambit ni Luxurios habang yakap si Arin.

"Arin," Venice
"Babes," Chloe
"Friend," Akhane

At dahang-dahang lumapit din sila sa kama ni Arin.

"What's wrong, Khezille? Please, tell us what is it." pagsusumano ni Luxurios at mahigpit na hinawakan ang magkabilang kamay nito.

"A n-nightmare v-visits me." she said as we heard her little sobbing.

"What is it, Arin?" marahang tanong ni Venice.

Biglang dumating din sila Kuya Migs at Kuya Kambal, mabilis nilang dinaluhan si Arin sa kanyang kama.

Nanatili lang kaming tahimik na nakikinig sa kanila.

"What's wrong, Lil'sis?" tanong din ni Kuya Migs habang nasa harapan nila Ain at Luxurios.

"It's my fault. (sob) I didn't follow you what you told me. (sob) I am too hardheaded. (sob) You told me to stay away from him (sob)."

"From who?" seryosong tanong ni Kuya Eukezie.

Umiling siya at yumuko. "I don't k-know."

"What happened there?" tanong ni Kuya Blake.

"You told me not to come along with him but I didn't and I just can't. He hold me from my neck. H-He hold me so tight until my last breath. He leave me lying somewhere." at napalingon siya kay Luxurios. " ..and you came there but it's too late. I was a lifeless b-body." she added.

We don't know what happened next after that night. It seem that she forgot it when she woke up in the next morning. Day by day, we just pretend that every single thing is fine but we also worried time to time for her. We can't stand beside her, worried and full alert. I know, we know, she felt that something wrong in the line. We don't want her to know that we are affected to those dreams that she had.

"Guys," pagtatawag ni Arin sa amin.

Nandito kami ngayon sa garden at nakatambay.

Napalingon kaming lahat sa kanya.

"I have something to tell you about my dreams." seryosong dagdag niya.

"Ano iyon, Arin? Bad ba iyan o something good?" ani Akhane.

"Both?"

"Bad first." tugon ni Chloe.

Tumikhim muna siya bago nagpatuloy sa kung anong sasabihin niya.

"I am pregnant-" aniya ngunit naputol dahil sa negative impact niya para kay Luxurios.

"Wala pang nangyayari sa amin! I respects her a lot!" depensa ni Luxurios at napaatras dahil inambahan siya ni Kuya Migs ng suntok.

"Whoa! Chill! I am not yet done Kuya Khent! Let me finish first, okay?" At halos pumagitna kila Luxurios at sa kanya.

Tumango naman siya at bumalik sa kinauupuan.

"In the future, I will be pregnant for a three kiddo. My first born is a boy named Severaino Elliott. And next is a twins, a baby boy named Luxarin June and a baby girl named Tauriel Jane."

"Nasaan ang bad doon?" komento ko.

"A week after giving birth to my future twins, I d-died lying in the floor in our mansion. But of course, you keep living without me because you are too strong to fight back and accept those things that happened." malungkot niyang sagot.

"What.the.hell." rinig ko bulalas ni Kuya Blake sa isang tabi.

Napatingin ako kay Arin na pinipilit na ngumiti at si Luxurios na mahigpit na niyakap si Arin.

"Change topic! We won't let that happen even if it will be in the future!" matapang na sambit ni Akhane at Primson na halos nakasabay na.

"So, what is the good one?" usisa ni Chloe.

Humiwalay sa yakap si Arin at nakangiting humarap sa amin.

"We're going back to the Philippines this month!" masayang utas niya.

Napangiwi naman kami dahil doon.

"You're not even safe there, Arin." Raven commented.

"Mas ligtas tayo dito kesa sa Pilipinas." ani Auxtine.

"Baliktad pa yata ang panaginip mo." Yuhan reacted.

"Kaya nga, babes, much better pa iyong sinasabi mo bad na posibleng mangyari in the future kesa sa good one na mangyayari sa ngayong present." Chloe's second the motion.

Samu't sari pang negative reaction na galing sa amin pero natahimik kami sandali dahil sa dagdag niya.

"We're going back to the Philippines this month because I need to pay a visit a friend of mine that you didn't know." Arin added while giving us a weak smile.

"Who is it?" Kuya Eukezie asked.

"Remember Dylan Sarmiento?" nakangiting tanong niya.

Selos detect! Hahaha nakikita ko sa mga mata ang pagseselos.

"Your friend from Pangasinan. Am I right?" hula ni Kuya Blake.

"The young man who giving you a bouquet of sunflower as we stayed to their town every summer vacation." Kuya Eukezie added.

"The guy who always blushing as you recieved his gifts. How do I forget him? He's a guy with kind-hearted and soft-spoken man." Kuya Migs smiled.

Whoa! Kilala nila iyong lalaking iyon? Don't tell me, pati girlfriends niya ay kilala din iyong Dylan Sarmiento.

"Iyong cute guy na ipinakilala mo sa amin noong Grade 8." ani Chloe.

Tumango si Arin.

"Siya iyong guy na nagkakacrush sa iyo na halos nililigawan ka na nang hindi mo napapansin." Akhane said and laughed.

Napangiwi si Arin. "He's not courting me before because he is just too sweet and caring as a friend of mine." natatawang depensa niya.

"Too innocent, Arin. We knew he confessed his feelings to you before but you turned him down because you told him that you were waiting for Rivas to come home for you." pang-aasar ni Venice sa kanya.

"Okay, okay, I admit that I did it, Venice, I jut don't want seeing him hurting because of me, he's a good friend of mine. But to think that I made a right decision for the two of us. I have my Rivas back and he have his own." nakangiting sambit ni Arin habang nakatingin kay Luxurios na nasa ibang direksyon ang tingin.

"By the way, who is Rivas?" curios kong tanong sa kanya.

"It's him." aniya habang itinuturo si Luxurios na nasa harapan niya.

"Huh?!" sabay naming lahat maliban kay Luxurios.

"Luxurios Rivas Zachary. He used his middle name as his first name way back then. While I used also my middle name, Clifynstone, as my first name, too. Our first encountered to each other in my Mamita's birthday party when I was young. They are invited to the party. I saw him playing himself in the corner. And me as a playful little princess, tried my luck to talk to him, and then, viola! We talk and talk until the end of the party. And before we separated, we exchange our names and he promised me that we will find each other in the future." mahabang kwento niya.

"Whoa! This is unbelievable! You totally find each other. You are really meant to be to have this strong connection!" We said in chorused.

"So, what about Dylan Sarmiento?" Luxurios serious asked.

"By the end of the month was his second death anniversary and I just wanted him to pay a visit and thank him for his sacrifice for me, for us." malungkot niyang tugon.

Natahimik kaming lahat dahil doon.

"Don't worry guys. We will going back here after that day." marahan niyang sambit.
