"Sweet creature. Wherever I go, you bring me home. And, oh, we started, two hearts in one home. Sweet creature. Wherever I go, you bring me home." The last note drifts off, leaving us in a beautifully peaceful silence.
Teddy had stopped sucking on his dummy, now fast asleep, his tiny fists curled up as tightly as his little body will allow.
Harry has not left his side, other than to pee, of course, since he arrived into this world a mere sixteen hours ago, the afternoon almost gone.
I received a text from Quinn just over an hour ago. Her and my Dad had just landed, meaning that they should be here soon. Before that happens, though, I need to confirm something with Harry.
"H? Can I talk to you about something, please?" I ask him and he immediately nods, giving me his full and undivided attention, while still keeping a hand on Teddy's clear plastic crib. "I was thinking about asking Lacey to be Teddy's Godmother. What do you think?" I ask him and he smiles, nodding his head.
"I think that's a great idea. I was actually thinking myself that it would be nice if Liam was Godfather." He suggests, his attention shifting momentarily to Teddy, who is starting to stir.
"Okay, then. I guess we have our Godparents." I say and Harry nods, smiling down at his newest treasure, the sight bringing a smile to my lips.

Tucking Teddy into his purple and white fluffy blanket, one that belonged to Harry when he born, gifted to him by his paternal Grandmother, he was finally ready to go.

"He's so gorgeous." Harry says in awe, running his forefinger gently down his Son's cheek as he peacefully sleeps. I tilt my head to the side and I smile down at my Son. I nod to Harry's comment.
"He sure is." I say, in awe as well.
"Niall and Lacey have set up the Moses basket in our bedroom for Teddy. Liam and Lindsey have sterilised some bottles for Teddy and some dummies. Louis and Lainey went to pick up your Dad and Quinn." Harry informs me and I nod, reaching onto the bed to pick up the bag containing mine and Teddy's things.
Harry immediately takes it from me while I pick up Teddy's car seat, with him inside.
