I walk into the person in front of me just catching myself before I fell "sorry" I whisper Soarin grabs my hand and puts it on his shoulder "there now you won't keep running into me" he says I squeeze his shoulder as we round another corner "how much longer?" Pinkie asks from behind me Twilight hushes her "Pinkie this dangerous" Apple Jack reminds in "I know" Pinkie groans "almost there" Rarity whispers to her. As we continue to walk down the tunnel I hear voices and we all quicken our paces.

Suddenly Soarin stops and light washes over us. I hear cheers as people clap and scream as we walk into the Gryffindor common room. I gasp looking around. They were sleeping on cheap mattresses on the floor and all the paintings on the walls were gone "Rainbow!" I feel a pair of arms wrap around me and look down to see Scootaloo I hug her tighter then bend down "how have you been?" I ask her seriously she smiles "better now that you're here" she says giving me another hug "it's been awful here" Flash says coming to stand next to us "the worst part is it didn't seem like it would ever end" he tells me "until Rarity told us about your plan a couple of days ago at first I was scared for you but then I realized it was you and that you'd be okay" Scootaloo tells me

I smile as I stand up to look around the common room I spot a stool nearby so I get up and stand on it "I promise you all that from now on it will get better. Soon Chrysalis will be defeated and Hogwarts will go back to the way it was when Celestia was here!" I tell them they cheer "for now you have to keep quiet if the teachers or even Chrysalis find out about this we'll all die" the rooms go very quiet "I'm warning you all now if you don't leave now there is a chance of you never seeing your families again" I tell everyone as a tear falls from my eye "Chrysalis and her puppets have taken away my family and I wish that for no one, not even her" I say wiping away tears. Soarin pulls me down from the stool "that was brilliant" he says pulling me into a hug "it really was" Apple Jack says sarcastically "all students are to meet in the great hall right now!" Sombra says over the speaker system.

Rarity and Fluttershy exchange looks as everyone makes their way to the doors "this isn't about us right?" Pinkie asks looking nervous "we'll have to go and see won't we," Twilight says walking to the doors I nod as I follow behind her "what if it's a trap?" Soarin whispers in my ear I grab his hand and squeeze it "then we're at his mercy" I say plainly

"many of you are wondering why I have summoned you at this hour," Sombra says to the students standing in the great hall "it's come to my attention that earlier this evening Rainbow Dash was sighted in Hogsmeade" he says I turn to Soarin shocked that he knew I was there destroying the Horcruxes. The students start whispering to each other "now!" Sombra raises his voices silencing the chatter "should anyone student or staff attempt to aid Mrs. Dash they will be punished in a manner consistent with the severity of their transgression furthermore" he breaks off for dramatic effect "any person found to have knowledge of these events who fails to come forward will be treated as equally guilty." he stops but no one says a word

"another if anyone here has any knowledge of Mrs. Dash's movements this evening I invite them to step forward. Now." A long pause is met by this and I step forward out of the crowd of Gryffindors everyone gasps and turns around to look at me I step towards Sombra "it seems despite your exhausted defensive strategies we still have a bit of a security headmaster" I say as the order of the Pheonix walk through the doors to the great hall lining up behind me. "I'm afraid it's quite extensive," I say as Soarin leaves from the Gryffindor crowd to join the order. "How dare you stand where she stood," I say staring him straight in the eye "tell them how it happened that night!" I yell at him "tell them how you looked her in the eye a woman who trusted you and you killed him" I say degusted

"tell them" I repeat Sombra wipes out his wand and I'm pushed out of the way by Spitfire we both raise our wands the crowd moves to the side of the room suddenly a blast of fire is shot out of Spitfire's wand but Sombra blocks it she does it again but he blocks the blow again and again and again until Sombra disappears with a swish of his cape. Everyone cheers as Spitfire light the lights in the room.

The room goes cold and I fall to the ground. I snap my head as a girl screams another girl screams and I get up making my way to where she was. The girl was on the ground covering her ears she stops and another girl screams I turn and make my way to her but stop as I hear a bone-chilling voice "I know that many of you want to fight some of you may even think that to fight is wise but this is false. Give me Rainbow Dash do this and none shall be harmed. Give me Rainbow Dash and I will leave Hogwarts untouched. Give me Rainbow Dash and you will be rewarded. You have one hour" the chill is lifted but I could still hear Chrysalis's voice in my head.

"What are you waiting for someone grab her!" a Slytherin yells Soarin steps in front of me and pulls me behind me Apple Jack comes to my side as well. I glance sideways at Apple Jack "what happens in an hour?" she whispers "I have no idea" I whisper back
