I close the door behind me as I leave Celestia's office thinking of a way I could end this fight but nothing seemed to resolve the matter. If I died who would kill her? Or would she die when I did? In the case, I wish I'd said more to Soarin or anyone for that matter. I wish someone knew so they could kill her. "Rainbow?" I turn my head and see Pinkie running down the hall tears streaming from her eyes "it's Apple Jack" she pants pointing where she had just come "what's wrong?" I ask she shakes her head "no time go to her!" she says pushing me. I look at her before running off but stop and turn "Pinkie" I say turning to face her she looks at me "yeah?" she asks I smile at her "thanks for always be there for me" I tell her she nods "always" she says I turn around as a tear forms in my eye.

I start running in the direction she had pointed me until I see Apple Jack laying on the ground with a death eater over top of her. I raise my wand but before I can say anything Pear Butter walks in between them "not my daughter you bitch" she says raising her wand it was then that I noticed the death eater was Adagio she starts laughing at Pear. Pear flicks her wand casting a spell but Adagio blocks it and suddenly stops laughing as she realizes that Pear was for real Adagio flicks her wand and Pear starts losing her balance Adagio casts another spell and another reach time Pear blocks it. Adagio stops and starts laughing again Pear regains her balance looking shocked and confused but she takes advantage of Adagio's lack of faith and sends another spell flying at her. Adagio stops laughing again this time so starts to lose her balance Pear walks towards her sending more spells at her with a sudden fierceness. Then Adagio doesn't block one of Pear's spells and her whole body freezes up Pear pulls back her arm and sends one last spell at Adagio who then bursts into a million pieces.

Apple Jack gets up and hugs her mom tightly "Avada Kedavra!" I turn as a female death eater sends the spell flying at Pear Butter. It hits her in the back and she dies in her daughter's arms Apple Jack screams out in pain "NOOOO! MOM!!" she sobs into the still body in her arms "that was for Adagio," the girl says looking sadly at Adagio's body "then this was for Pear" Bright Mac sends sending a green blast of light at the girl's chest. When she falls to the ground with a sickening thud he kneels down next to his dead wife. He takes her from Apple Jack's arms and pets her hair lovingly "oh my love" he says crying "why didn't you let me save her" he says to her Apple Jack cries out in pain yet another death eater rounds the corner dueling with Pinkie Pie. I rush over to her side and start fighting with her "I can fight my own battles you know" she tells me not taking her eyes off her opponent "but we work so much better as a team" I insist she nods as she sends one last spell at the death eater before the death eater rounds the corner running into the grieving family "Avada Kedavra" I hear the death eater say and Apple Jack yells again "HOW COULD YOU!" she yells running after the death eater Pinkie and I round the corner to see Bright Mac laying stiff on the ground with Pear Butter at his side. I kneel down next to them and begin to sob how many more would I have to lose before Chrysalis was gone for good. Pinkie pulls me into her arms comfortingly

"You have fought well" we hear Chrysalis say "but in vain. I do not wish this every drop of magical blood spilled is a terrible waste. I, therefore, order my forces to retreat in their absence dispose of your dead with dignity" she says sending shivers down my spin "Rainbow Dash" she says my name "I now speak directly to you on this night you have allowed your friends to die for you rather than face me your self. Join me in the forbidden forest and confront your fate. If you do not do this I shall kill every last I will kill anyone who tries to conceal you from me." her voice disappears and suddenly I know exactly what to do.

I get up from beside Pinkie and start walking "where are you going?" she asks running after me I stop and turn to her pulling into my arms. She instantly hugs me I pull away and turn around "you're not actually going to the forest?" she asks I turn around "Rainbow?" Rarity walks around the corner with Fluttershy at her side and behind them, Twilight helps Apple Jack walk over to me. Rarity shakes her head as tears roll down her face "no" she whispers "what?" Fluttershy asks "she's going to the forest," Twilight tells her "you can't!" Pinkie yells "you must get rid of her it's the only way" I say looking at the ground "I can't lose you too" Apple Jack whispers grabbing her chest as tears pour from her eyes "I'll go with you" Twilight says wiping away a tear I shake my head "no she only wants me" I tell her she nods sadly and pulls me into a hug. I hug all of my friends leaving Pinkie for last "I would have spent forever with you. You'll always be my best friend." I tell her before hugging her "goodbye" I whisper

She grabs my hand as I turn to leave "get down!" Rarity yells as death eaters turn the corner "they can't hurt you" I tell her letting go of Pinkie's hand "I have to go" I tell her turning away "but Rainbow!" she says I shake my head not turning around "don't make this harder Pinkie" I tell her before running off towards the forbidden forest.
