I walk into defense against the dark class with Apple Jack, Pinkie, and Fluttershy we walk in to see all the desks were gone "if you wouldn't mind putting your bags at the back of the class for today's lesson" Professor Coco tells us we do so and gather in a crowd. "Can anyone tell what's in here?" she asks pointing at the wardrobe next to her. It jumps and we move back a few steps she laughs "it's all right it can't hurt you" she tells us "this is a boggart. They take shape of the thing we fear the most" she explains "now form a line and we'll get started" she claps the class forms a line and pushes Flash to the beginning of the line."Right when I open the door I want you to picture the thing you fear most" she tells him he nods "got it?" she asks he nods nervously "now when I open the door that thing is going to come out I want you to say Riddikulus and picture your fear as something funny" she tells him he nods again "as for the rest of you I want you all to laugh at it that's what really gets boggarts" she tells us

Flash gulps as the door opens and a giant snake crawls towards him "Riddikulus!" he yells the snake turns into a balloon animal the class laughs "very good!" Coco praises as Flash walks to the back of the line Apple Jack is next up and the balloon animal turns into a pond in front of her deep and dark she walks back as the water starts to creep towards her. Apple Jack takes a deep breath "Riddikulus!" she yells the pond turns into a simple clear glass of water and everyone laughs. I high five her as she walks past me.

The class goes on as people face their fears a spider turns into a puppy, a bee turns into a bunny, a clown turns into a kitten, and a fire is put out with nothing. Next was Pinkie's turn she walks forward she screams as the room goes dark but pulls out her wand and says "Riddikulus" the darkness lifts and instant a lamp stands in front of Pinkie Fluttershy goes next she ducks when a zombie makes its way towards her "you're okay" I tell her she looks at me than the zombie and says "Riddikulus" the zombie turns into me and I laugh as I walk forward. The me looks at me funny then turns into a smaller doll version of me I scream and others do as well I pull out my wand and watch my handshake as I point it at the doll "Riddikulus" I say shakily the doll turns into a butterfly and I let out a breath of relief.

After watching a couple more people we walk out of class early to find our apprentices. I stand at the door to Smolder's class and wait for her "Rainbow!" she says surprised "thought I'd forget?" I ask she shakes her head "no but I didn't think you'd get out of class early I nod "what's your next class?" I ask she pulls out a piece of paper "herbology with Professor Cadence" she tells me I nod and lead her outside to the greenhouses. I say goodbye before walking down to Discords hut.

The Slytherins were already waiting when I got there and Pinkie skips over to me. "I wonder what we're learning," she says I nod and see that there was a note on the door "we're going into the forest for our lesson," I tell her we both walk into a small meadow and see Discord standing next to a hippogriff. I gasp and walk towards it but he puts his hands up and tells me to stay back.

"This is a hippogriff" Discord explains "she's beautiful isn't see" Discord says petting it "now could I get a volunteer" everyone takes a step back but me and I groan as I walk towards the hippogriff it snips it's beak at me "Rainbow slower" Discord tells me I nod and walk slower "now stop" Discord tells me when I'd gotten closer to it "bow nice and low" I do so and look up to see the hippogriff doing the same thing "great now you can pet her" he tells me I walk towards the hippogriff nervously I put my hand and out the hippogriff moves her head closer to let me pet her. Discord sighs in relief "well done" he says clapping the class does the same "I think she'll let you rider her now" Discord says "what?" I exclaim as he pulls up a stool I get onto the stool then get on the hippogriff. Discord smacks the hippogriff and it takes off with me on it. I grab onto its shoulder feathers as it soars into the air. It flys down to the water and we fly over it I smile and let go putting my arms on either side of me I scream with joy as we fly over the lake. I hear a whistle and the hippogriff takes off towards it.

I grab on to its feathers again as we land I get off of the hippogriff and join the crowd of students. "Oh well," Sunset says shouldering her way through the crowd "you're nothing but an overgrown chicken," she says walking up to the hippogriff it snaps its beak at her "Sunset don't do that!" Discord warns as she continues to walk forward "you're not so scary!" Sunset says walking right in front of the hippogriff. It stands on its hind legs and strikes Sunset with its talons "it's killed me!" Sunset screams rolling on the ground Discord helps her up "class dismissed" Discord says rushing Sunset out of the meadow.

Pinkie and I stare at the hippogriff as it walks towards me putting its head under my hand for me to pet it.
