I look down at my phone once more "Rainbow it's all right" Soarin tells me Apple Jack nods "we're safe" she repeats from what seems like the millionth time "I'm still worried anything could have happened to them" I say looking down at the locket in my hands "all we can do is hope for the best" Apple Jack says giving Soarin a meaningful look "what?" I ask looking from her to him he shakes his head "it's nothing" he says avoiding my eye.

"What is it?" I repeat walking in front of him "we didn't want to tell you" he says still not meeting my eye "it was my idea to keep it from you" Apple Jack says seriously "keep what from me?" I ask looking at Soarin then turning to Apple Jack "Hogwarts isn't the same" she tells me I nod frustratedly "because Celestia is dead. What else is new?" I say angrily she sighs "it's worse than that. They're under constant watch even the teachers" she tells me I nod "okay and?" I ask "Sombra is the headmaster now," Soarin says I gasp turning around "I should never have let Rarity and Fluttershy back to the school it's too dangerous!" I say covering my face with my hands.

Apple Jack takes my hands off my face and hugs me "they knew what they were getting themselves into" Apple Jack says pulling back "plus it wasn't as dangerous as what Pinkie and Twilight had to do" Soarin adds casual I sigh worriedly "but you left the two most dangerous for us" Apple Jack says glaring at Soarin "I knew I could keep you both safe" I tell Apple Jack letting a tear fall from my eye "but I failed" I choke out

"if you got both Horcruxes then I think you past" I turn around and smile as Pinkie and Twilight walk into the dark clearing I rush into Pinkie's arms giving her a big hug "I'm so glad you're all right" I tell her she smiles as I pull away to hug Twilight "did you get it?" Soarin asks Twilight nods and throws me the cup "where are Rarity and Fluttershy?" Pinkie asks looking around Apple Jack shrugs "we don't know" she tells them "I do" Rarity says coming to stand next to Apple Jack Fluttershy limps over to Twilight's side. "Here," she says handing me the Tierra "where's the snake?" Pinkie asks looking around nervously "I killed it at the school," Rarity says glancing at Fluttershy she reaches into her bag. "You wanted these" Rarity says handing me Gryffindor's sword and a fang from the basilisk.

I nod looking down at the items as Twilight counts on her fingers "that's six" Twilight says looking up at me "where's the seventh?" she asks I smile darkly "herself of course" I tell her Twilight nods obviously not satisfied with my answer. "Let's destroy them!" Soarin says excitedly I nod seriously "Okay but I think I should be the one to do it. It's dangerous and I don't want any of you to get hurt" I tell them Apple Jack laughs "we've been through so much to get them the least you can do is let us destroy them" she says I nod and hand her the sword she puts up her hands "Rainbow I was joking" she laughs I shake my head.

I take the necklace off from around my neck and place it on a fallen tree "stay back" I warn my friends they all step backward and I open up the locket. Instantly I'm hit by a wave of black smoke and I fall over. "Rainbow Dash" I hear Soarin whisper in my ear "Soarin" I turn around but see nothing but smoke "Rainbow Dash" I hear Apple Jack say I turn around to see Soarin and Apple Jack smiling at me "where's the locket?" I ask them Soarin winks as Apple Jack grabs his neck. I gasp in horror as the pair start making out I cry out in anger grabbing the sword in my hands tighter. Scream with rage I rush at them and crash the sword down onto the tree-destroying the necklace. I start panting as the fog lifts and I see my friends staring at me in horror.

"What was that?" Apple Jack asks looking at me I shake my head picking up the smashed locket "whatever it was it didn't stop me from destroying this" I say throwing the locket at her feet she picks it up then throws the ring that belonged to Chrysalis's father. It screams at me and becomes very hot I drop it and pick up my sword. I swing the sword at the ring it gives the last puff before splitting in half I smile as I pick up the pieces and hand them to Apple Jack.

She hands me Hufflepuff's cup I look at it before handing it to Rarity "you killed Chrysalis's snake with this fang" I say handing her the basilisk fang "I think you should do the same to the cup" I tell her she nods then turns to Twilight and Pinkie "is that all right?" she asks them they both nod as Rarity bends down. The rest of us back up as she stabs the cup it bursts like a firework sending up black smoke. Rarity hands Apple Jack the cup and smiles at me "thank you" she says to me I nod as Apple Jack hands me Ravenclaw's Tierra I hand it back to her "Celestia said you can burn this one" I smile at her she nods pulling out her wand "Incendio" the Tierra bursts into flames. The orange flames flicker then turn black as the Tierra burns and turns to ash.

I look at each of my friends smiling weakly "get some sleep tomorrow we'll be heading back to Hogwarts" I say looking down at the sword in my hand my smile fades.
