The patriots step forward into the large room with a desk set up and some rifles. One clicks the radio and reports in.
"it's empty."
The general stares down the den and replies back.
"he has to be here. I want Bishop found!"
the door behind the Patriots open and they turn lifting their rifles and a naked woman with brown hair stands there covered in bruises. she stares at the man's feet and asks.
"are you here to save us?"
"it's alright" the Patriots lower their weapons and they place a large coat over the young woman.
she stands there shivering as one of the Patriots ask.
"what your name?"
She stares up and whispers.
"Grace."
"do you know where we can find Bishop?"
Grace glances up and whispers shyly.
"the roof."
She steps out into the hall and points to her right sounding confident in her words.
"he will be there it is where he always is."
the men walk by her and one stops asking.
"will you be alright?"
Grace covers herself with the jacket and smiles kindly.
"yes, I'll survive."
the men walk out of sight and Gracie hears the sound of footsteps and Bishop comes over with a large cigar sticking out of his mouth and comments.
"that's my girl"
"did I do okay dad?" She glances to him and he winks to her.
"Mason would be proud. He always said you were the best actress. let's get out of here before the fire starts."
Gracie closes over her jacket and walks down the hallway holding her father's hand as they disappear into the den. the Patriots continue their route to the rooftop and hear loud gunfire and walk towards it noticing a gun alone with a device set up to pull the trigger every few minutes. they turn back noting the door is locked and the man in charge whispers.
"she set us up?"
He looks to his men who nod to him and he looks down at the long fall to the ground and notices smoke rising from the building.
"she sent us to die."
The man clicks his radio and whispers into it.
"sir."
The general ducks down hearing the shot fired from the roof and asks outright.
"who the fuck is shooting at us?"
"no one" the man replies and goes to pull the device off the trigger but hears a ticking and whispers to himself.
"a bomb?"
the general eyes a huge explosion erupts from the roof and whispers into his radio.
"report?"
he hears nothing and repeats.
"patriots report in?"
the general again hears no reply and looks back at his large army of men and back to the den but stops hearing a voice come over the radio and sings taunting him.
"you were on the wrong side of the tracks but you can go right back and never ever cross this line again..."
the radio clicks and the general whispers a reply.
"who the fuck is this?"
the voice echos back.
"I could ask you the same thing but you see General my son Nate has told me all about you"
the general stares down the radio and asks outright.
"you're a Reid?"
Bishop stands on the hill overlooking the Patriots and replies into the radio.
"I know the Patriots are responsible for my brother's death but I still can be a bigger man here and respect true patriots. so turn yourself around and don't come back."
Bishop hands off his radio to one of his men and eyes the large army in front of him as he motions off.
"let's go home."
He and his large group disappear into the wooded area while the General looks on eyeing the den and motions forward.
"you hang our symbols high. today our war begins."
the patriots hang their flags from the burning building and the general looks on smiling as he whispers to himself.
"this wasn't your victory Mason. I am coming for you."
Bishop continues walking but stops hearing a loud bang and the trees around him collapse and he motions to his men as they take off disappearing into the woods. He slowly walks down and eyes the dirt road leading to TSH. He stops outside the house eyeing all his men and motions into the home smiling
"welcome to TSH."
the front door to the large home opens and Nate walks out staring down his dad and asks.
"what's going on?"
Nate falls to the floor as Bishop smacks him hard in the face and yells at him.
"you gave him too much information"
Nathan stays on the ground and Tess comes over tending to him as Bishop motions to her.
"take my boy inside tend to him. we will discuss this later."
Tess helps Nate up and they walk into the house leaving Bishop outside and he motions to the woman.
"Today you become free, equal to anyone else. you are a part of this community and Mason has put you through this to make you strong. you have endured the worst but have grown strong from it"
Bishop paces in front of the girls and eyes his own daughter and looks to the dirt.
"the Patriots will come and kill us all but they won't succeed because Mason has prepared us, all of us for the war that is coming."
Bishop stands there and Nate walks back out coming to his side and his father places his hand on his shoulder and stares out at the large group of people.
"and come it will but we will not be defeated the estate will survive."
