Chapter 53~ The Real Baby Daddy.

Avalon's P.O.V

"You fucking asshole."

Before I knew it, Aiden had already took a swing at Ryan sending him to the ground.

Avery screamed as she covered her eyes. I stood there in shock, I couldn't break this fight up, these were two boys and I was only a helpless girl with a bruised stomach and noodles for arms.

Aiden continued to send punches to his face. Screaming and yelling.

I've never seen this side of Aiden but it definitely scared the shit out of me. I knew he was tough and a fighter but I didn't want to experience that for myself. I was a softie and I hated to see anyone fight.

Tears filled my eyes as Ryan took control, his arm went back and forth towards Aidens face and I was growing impatient. I knew I said that I wasn't gonna jump in but I can't help it.

If no one breaks this up, this is gonna go on until one of them is dead.

Before Ryan could send another punch, I grabbed his arm. He turned around, and shoved me so hard I went flying to the floor.

There goes that pain again.

"Fuck," I hiss.

Ryan started walking towards me but Avery quickly jumped in the way.

"You are not going to hurt her," she says firmly as I get up. I quickly rush over to Aiden who was spitting out blood.

"Are you okay?" I ask as I grab his arm sitting him up.

He had a busted lip and a bloody nose. His cheek was purple and he had a scar above his eyebrow.

"Your pregnant with my baby. I think it's best to stay the fuck out of my way!" Ryan screamed.

I froze.

Avery froze.

Aiden got tense.

Her secret was revealed.

My grip tightened on Aiden because if I let go just a bit, he was gonna charge at Ryan again, he was already drunk and he didn't need to get into another fight with Aiden.

"What?" Aiden asks making sure he heard that correctly.

Your ears aren't playing tricks on you.

Ryan turned to look at us and Avery was frozen in shock.

"You didn't know that did you? I fucked your sister and got her pregnant," Ryan says like he's proud of it.

Aiden quickly got up but I yanked him back and stood in front of him.

"Don't do this. He's already drunk," I say as I rest my hand on his chest.

Aiden looked at me. I tried searching his eyes for anything-- anything at all but all I saw was nothing.

He was angry, beyond angry. Suddenly, I was pushed out of the way and Aiden threw one last punch at Ryan before he fell to the ground without moving.

Avery screamed again and I covered my mouth.

"He isn't..." my voice trailed off trying to find the right word. I didn't even wanna think of that. Ryan was a horrible person but that doesn't mean Aiden should...

I felt my heart stop and I tried to catch my breath.

"Did you just..." I stumbled referring to the motionless body laying on the floor.

Lifeless? Maybe.

"He isn't dead," Aiden says even though that didn't calm my nerves at all.

He was knocked out which meant there was a hundred percent that he was gonna wake up. But I couldn't help but think that one percent could change everything.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" Avery screams at her brother.

Aiden ran his fingers through his hair. He doesn't regret a single thing he did and I know he didn't. He was furious that his worst enemy got his sister pregnant. His younger and only sister.

His dad was a piece of shit and he never really talked about his mom so I figured she was out of the picture. Avery is all he's got.

"What we're you thinking about sleeping with him anyways?" Aiden asks as his tone was a little calmer. He didn't feel like screaming, he was too in shock plus he was mad.

I was still in shock that Aiden knocked Ryan completely out.

Get over yourself already, Avalon.

"I didn't know Aiden! I was drunk. We both were!" Avery says. She was angry, screaming her lungs out at this boy I chose to call my boyfriend.

Aiden sighed before running his fingers through his hair, "why didn't you tell me?"

"Because of the simple fact that you would act like this!" Avery screams referring to Ryan's lifeless body.

I shouldn't intrude on their conversation but my mind can't even work with my legs and get them to move.

We all stood in silence. Neither one of us wanting to talk.

I was too stunned to talk.

Avery was too furious to speak.

Aiden was too shocked to speak.
