"Ali, can we talk?" Sid approached me as I sat at the small table drawing. I sighed, not really wanting to be alone with him just yet.

"Not now. I'm busy." I mumbled without looking up at him. He looked down at my sketch pad and took a deep breath.

"It's just... I don't want you to hate me anymore. I never see you alone since you're always with Corey. And as much as I fucking hate that, I still miss being able to be around you and smoke with you." He wasn't giving up easily. Nothing surprising there.

"I don't hate you, Sid. If anything I hate myself.. for letting you change me – for falling in love with you. All the time you accused me of shit I had no part of, was that just your guilty conscience? Were you always planning to go after Sam?" All of this just started spewing from my mouth and I couldn't help it.

"Actually, scratch that." I stopped him before he could answer. "Let's just leave it at this. I don't hate you. But I'm not ready to be anything with you either."

I spared him a quick glance and saw a small ounce of hope shining in his eyes.

"Can I hug you?" I rolled my eyes and stood up, setting my pencil down.

"If it gets you to leave me the hell alone and draw, sure." I threw a small smile his way and let him hug me tightly. I loosely wrapped my arms around his torso. He wasn't moving away from me anytime soon, and I was growing impatient. 'Don't let yourself fall for it. But damn, it feels good to be in his arms again.' I thought to myself.

"Hey, guys. Let's go out!" I heard Paul scream, running on the bus swiftly. I snatched myself away from Sid quickly and felt my face grow warm, no doubt turning very red.

"Uhm, hey guys?" Paul looked between the both of us confused.

"Hey, Paulie." I went towards him and got my favorite bear hug.

"So, you two are finally on good terms again?" I looked to Sid who was grinning like a fool and nodding his head.

"I suppose, for now, that's a yes." Paul ruffled my hair and shouted a 'YES!' outside the bus. I heard laughing, and made my way to the doorway to shut it down. Corey's eyes were full of sadness. I'm sure they all think that Sid and I are back together, but I can assure you... that is not the case. Not by any means.

"You are some nosy fuckers, you know that?" I asked everyone as I made my way back to my bunk to get changed. So much for finishing my drawing.

Just as I had assumed, Sid followed me back. "What does this mean, then?" He asked me, seemingly wanting to know if we were going to make up for lost time.
