Kaden POV

"Dude you are actually getting married"

"Yeah it's like one woman for the rest of your fucking existence"

"Man, could you imagine one pussy for the rest of your life?"

"Shut the hell up please you fools" I growled annoyed by their idiotic banter, my brothers both laughed and remained sprawled out on the couch dressed in their black suits. I rolled my eyes and stared back at my reflection, I wore a simple black tux and my hair looked sleek and formal.

I was going to actually get married, it was surprising to say the least but I loved Evangelina, and I looked forward to the rest of our lives together. I hated having to leave her so soon after claiming her as mine but my life just fucked that up for me.

Honestly, if you told me a year ago that I'd be getting married to the future queen, someone who wasn't Crystal, I probably would have scoffed in your face and laughed. It was amazing how quickly my life changed, but I welcomed the change happily.

I let my thoughts drift to Crystal, a woman who I once loved with everything I had. I knew I did love her before, I gave her everything I could have and probably more but now I cherished and adored Lina, I know I loved Lina more than I could ever love anything in my life. Maybe a part of me did feel like I was being unfair to Crystal and I accepted that, but I wasn't about to ruin something precious just for the sake of her. She was my past and I will remember that but Evangelina is my present and my future and I would never trade her or give her up for anything.

Crystal was once a humble and very considerate person which drew me in since my family was all about regulations and rules. Crystal was not ever supposed to even be considered part of the family and I knew that but after the raid on her city lead by my kingdom due to a breach in the peace treaty, her parents were unfortunately killed and I was indebted to her. I forced father to let her stay in the palace and we grew closer to one another but now her entire personality was just warped, it's like she completely changed overnight and it was very distasteful.

"Dude, having second thoughts?" Cole asked snapping me out of my thoughts, I shook my head and smiled.

"Never" I replied with a smirk looking at his reflection in the mirror.

"Good cause just to be clear, I would totally marry Evangelina-"

"Shut the fuck up Cole" I growled causing the two of them to bust out in laughter.

"Okay, okay fine let's get going" Christian said with a grin and got up, I walked with them through the castle, to the backyard, I looked forward to see what my mother had done to decorate the garden on short notice and I knew I wouldn't be disappointed seeing as this woman was a miracle worker.

Needless to say, I was impressed when I walked through the garden to the altar where I would soon get married.

There were stringed lights twinkling the entire overhead of the garden giving it a fairytale feel, the sound of the streams trickling water was heard and the few crickets chirping, as expected the benches were filled to capacity with what looked like the entire kingdom. I rolled my eyes, leave it to mother to invite everyone, I only hoped it wasn't too overwhelming for Lina.

"Son!" I turned to see my father walking toward me in his king attire, I smiled and nodded.

"Hi father" I replied, I was making a greater effort to get along with him despite his nagging, annoying personality.

"So, I must say I am proud of you and your bride" he said with a grin, I forced my lips to spread into a smile, I knew he would boast for all of eternity that he chose Lina for me.
