The next few days passed by in a blur, I was constantly busy and flustered whether it be with measuring sizes so my dress could fit perfectly or chasing the dimwits around the palace because of their constant annoyance and presence, if you didn't know, the dimwits are none other than Cole and Christian fucking Christabello.

Kristiana was keeping me company most days seeing as Kade was really tied up at the moment with meetings and his duty I suppose. We barely saw each other apart from when we went to sleep and we made a habit out of watching a movie before bed.

I sighed feeling extremely tired from this gym regiment that Kristiana had me on, she apparently was a gym fanatic which shouldn't come as a shock to me with her killer figure. Currently, we were both walking back to Kade's room dripping in sweat.

"Come on, you should be accustomed to gyming by now, we've been at it for close to two weeks" Kristiana teased with a grin, she didn't even seem phased by the strenuous workout she just put me through.

"Easy for you to say" I grumbled feeling puffed out, I just wanted my fucking bed, is that too much to ask?

"The ball is tomorrow so smile up buttercup" Kristiana chirped before winking at me and walking off, I grumbled under my breath annoyed but thankful that I reached the room and dashed straight for the very inviting bed.

I perked up a little remembering that the ball was indeed tomorrow, I will admit, I was excited for it and looked forward to seeing Kade in a suit.

God he was so fucking handsome, I didn't know how I lasted so long without just ravishing him yet.

I grunted as I tried to move and get up off the plush bed, my muscles definitely protested and were probably cursing me right now for basically killing them. I slowly, practically dragged myself to the bathroom and forced myself to shower.

"God, Kristiana why?" I grumbled to myself feeling my muscles tense up, if I didn't like her I'd probably kill her.

"Hey Lina you in here" I heard Kade ask from outside the bathroom, I frowned since he was never back during the day but smiled nonetheless, I loved his presence it was soothing, like a breath of fresh air.

"Hey, yeah I'm just taking a shower" I replied quickly washing the conditioner out of my hair

"Oh, I missed you" he mumbled, I grinned to myself.

He was so cute!

I needed him. If you were wondering, we haven't had sex yet, much less shared a kiss but we have maintained the closeness we had.

"I missed you too, are you done for the day?" I asked hoping that I could have him from now until the end of the day.

"I am actually, I realised we haven't seen much of each other these past few weeks so I wanted to make it up to you" he said causing me to blush lightly, I honestly didn't think I deserved someone as perfect as this handsome devil and we weren't even together officially.

"And how do you plan to do that?" I asked smirking to myself as I turned the shower off.

"Well, I was thinking I could make us something to eat and we could chill out here unless you wanted to go out, that would be great too" he replied sounding a little nervous, I grinned to myself as I dried off my freshly shaved skin and changed into a simple pair of jeans and a vest

"Food, and relaxing in bed sounds perfect" I said, I could hear the happiness seep into my voice and I didn't mind at all. I wanted him to know how happy he made me, I wanted him to know that I appreciated him so much.
