Sunday Morning
Veronica's POVWhat am I doing? She stayed over last night to. The only thing we did was stay inside and watch movies. Which is not my exact ideal of dating someone, but I guess that's what I get for dating a student, right?
I'm in the my actual room. With the bed I normally sleep in, changing. She is in the guest bedroom. Honestly I don't know why I put her there I just did. She never questioned, but I did sleep in the same bed as her both nights. So I guess we could've slept in my bed. I don't really know what I was thinking. There was a knock on the outside of my door. "You can come in." I said as finished getting dressed. Betty, came in. "Hey." She said. "Hi." I said. "You know I made the stupidest and the funniest distinction this weekend." I told her. I smile appeared across her face. "Why do you say that?" She asked. I couldn't help, but smile to. "Well we slept in the guest bedroom when we could've really slept in here." I told her. She looked around then back at me and shrugged. "It didn't bother me." She said. "Does anything bother you?" I asked her. She shrugged again. "No, not really... other than bad grades." She said. "Oh." I walked closer to her. "Okay, just because we're... together?" I questioned. "I mean are we together?" She asked me now. Now it's my turn to shrug. "I don't know that's why I was asking you." "I think we've been together since Monday." I smiled. "Okay, so just because we're together does not mean I'll be treating you any differently with papers and grades and stuff." She nodded. "Yea, of course. I totally understand." I smiled at her. "Good." I said and kissed her lightly. She deepened the kiss. I smiled that she did this. She pulled away and smiled. "Come on it's the end of the weekend. Let do something even if it's got to be here." I love how she just trying make the best of it.
Betty's POV
Okay the craziest though came to my mind just now. Well it is also stupid to. So I did tell my friends if I ever needed help in school I would go to the teacher and now I'm making the stupidest decision of my life. Or maybe I'll wait longer. I think I'll wait and see...
"Okay. What were thinking?" Veronica asked. I shrugged. "Well this isn't may house.' I said. She sorta nodded. "True." She bit her lip like she thinking about something. "I don't have to do." She said. I shrugged again. "Let's just keep watching movies. Besides I love watching movies." I told her. She smiled. "Okay."
We were half way through the first movie when my phone went off from the kitchen. "Sorry. I'm gonna go see who that was." I said. She nodded. I walked to the kitchen and grabbed my phone. It was Cheryl.
Cheryl
Where are you?
What do you mean?
**Then she started calling me so I answered.
"Your not home. You said you were coming over this weekend! And when you never came Toni and I got worried so we went to your house."
"Okay?" I asked.
"Your mom said you told her you went to our house!" I heard Toni say in the back.
"Is this on speaker?"
"Yes, but that's besidea the point. Where are you?" I didn't answer her.
"Hello? Betty?"
I still didn't answer I just hung up the phone and walked back to the living room. I put my hands to my face. "What's wrong?" Veronica asked. "That was my friend." I told her. "Which one? You have quite a few." I looked at her. "Red head." "Oh okay. What happened?" I sighed. "I forgot I told her that I was going to her house so when I didn't show up her and Toni got worried. They went to my house and that's when they found out I told my mom I was going to there house.... I'm already screwing this up." I said and put my hands to my face again. She pulled them away and made me look at her. "It's okay. We all make mistakes." She said. "Yea, but with this mistakes are going have be you know we just can't make alot of mistakes." I said. "Well this is the first one that's happened so far. Just watch yourself next time." She said calmly. I nodded and smiled a bit. "Maybe I should go so they don't get anymore suspicious." I told her. She nodded. "Yea, okay." I grabbed all my stuff 'cause I went straight home with her on Friday. "Bye." I said and walked over to the door. Before I left she turned me around and kissed me. I kissed back for a few seconds 'cause my phone went off, AGAIN! Ugh! I pulled away. "It's Cheryl again. I better go right now." She sighed in disappointment.
When I got home my mom wasn't home. I bet she was with the farm. I went to my room and found Cheryl and Toni sitting there; waiting for me I guess. "Finally your here!" Cheryl said getting up. "What are you guys doing in here?" I asked and put my stuff down. "What do you think?" I sighed quietly. "You were supposed to come to our house this weekend." Cheryl added. I nodded. "Okay." I think Toni is going to let Cheryl do the talking 'cause she's just sitting there. "And when you never showed up, we got worried and came here." "Okay?" "We asked your mom where you were and she said you told her you came to ours house." Cheryl said. "Which you never did." Toni added. "So?" I tried to sound like I was sorta confused. "Ugh! Where the hell were you this weekend?!" Cheryl almost yelled. I didn't say anything. "Well?" Cheryl asked. "You guys should go." I said opening my door. "Not until you tell us whe--" "Go!" I said cutting Cheryl off. She took half a step back and looked back Toni. "Come on Toni let's go." Toni grabbed Cheryl's hand and they left. And we're back to rule/reason five.
5) Nobody can fucking know. You may loose some friends along the way, but if it's someone you'll love for life, it's fine right?
But there can be at least one good reason right? I hope...
