Betty's POV

Once I got to Sunny Side trailer park it was still a little light out and I was still crying a little. I walked to Jughead's trailer. I knocked on the door and not to long after he answered. "Betty? What are you doing here?" He asked. I immediately started crying again. "Oh, my God." He muttered and pulled me in for a hug. I hugged back and cried harder. He brought me inside and we sat on the sofa. "What's wrong, Betts?" He asked. "Oh, Jughead!" I cried into his chest. "Betty what is it?" He asked. I looked at him with tears in my eyes. "Oh. Did you and?" I nodded. "Oh, my god. How did it happen." "Who do you think?! It was Cheryl. Like always." I told him. "What do you mean?" He asked. "I went to her house because she has slowly been telling popes about the relationship. By first saying She was in one. Then, saying it was a student. And she threatened to tell the principal. So I went back to her place and I just had the end things with her. I didn't want her to get hurt." I told him and started crying again. "Shh it's okay, I understand." "You do?" I asked. "Yes, I never judged you or told you it was wrong did I?" He asked. I shrugged. "I guess not." "Exactly. I could care less who you were dating. Girl, guy. Older or younger. Just as long as you love them and they love you. And that you are treated right." He said. I nodded. "Come on! Now let me see that famous Betty Cooper smile." He said and made a dumb face. I sighed and smiled. "Your such an idiot." "Hey just remember I used to your idiot." "Oh, don't remind me!" I said and we both laughed. I stopped and my smile went away. "Hey what's wrong?" He asked. "It's nothing. I just remebered that I now have to live with my mom." I told him. He sighed. "Oh, in sorry. Hey you can stay here tonight. If you'd want. I could sleep on the couch." I sighed. "Would I be intruding?" I asked. "Of course not." He said. We both stood up. "Thank you." I said. "Anytime." Be said and I went to bed.

When I woke up I realized I had to go to school. "Ugh!" I said and cmilbed out of bed. I then realized I didn't have any clothes. "Damnit!" I said. "What?" I heard Jughead ask. "I don't have clothes." I told him. "Well, here." He pulled a Grey t-shirt with the letter 'S' on it and threw it at me. "Are you willing to wear the same jeans again?" He asked and I nodded. "Yeah." I told him. "Great." He said walked out.

I kept looking at her the whole class period. She kept looking at me, too. God! She is so fucking beautiful and perfect and amazing! And I fucking love her. But I can't be with her. As long as Cheryl keeps up her little game she's playing, I just can't risk it.

The whole day was boring. There was no smiles to or from Veronica. No, texts. No, trying to sneak into her classroom for a few minutes just to makeout. But there was small glances. WAY MORE glares towards Cheryl. And a whole lot of missing Veronica.

Once school was over I had to go my mom's. I'll love this. I knocked on the door and Polly answered. "Betty? What are you doing here?" She asked. "Is mom here?" I asked. "Yes, she is. Why are you asking?" She asked. "No, you may not." "And why not?" "Because. Have a good day." She said and shut the door. I sighed. "Does anybody love me?" I muttered to myself. I decided to go to the one place in town that nobody could kick me out of. Pop's.

I got there, but ordered nothing. I just sat in a booth by myself. "Do you want me to get you anything?" Pop asked. "No, I'll just sit here." I said. He nodded and walked to the back. I looked at my phone. It's almost dead. It's also almost eleven. I layed my head down and I guess I fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of Pop's bells. I woke up and looked around and saw Pop standing behind the counter, and Jughead standing at the door. "You look a mess." Jughead said. I rolled my eyes. "Thanks." I said sarcastically. He came over and sat across from me. "So there's no school today and you decide to sleep here? What happened to going back to your mom?" He asked. "My sister opened the door." I told him. "And?" "She didn't even let me in the house." "Oh, sorry. So, where are you going stay?" He asked. "I guess I'll have to go back to Cheryl's and Toni's." "Oh, okay. So how long are going to here here at Pop's?" He asked. "I don't know. Why?" I asked. "Well, I'll stay with you then." He said. I laughed. We talked and laughed and he made me forget all of the pain of missing Veronica. I still know it's my fault, but as always I'm protecting her.
