"Hi Betty! I see you've come to--" I cut her off my slapping her. She slowly looked back at me with a shocked expression. "Trashy bitch!" She says and attacks me. "Cheryl what's going-- oh, my God!" Toni yells and pulls Cheryl away from me. "What the hell is going on!" Toni yells. "I'm gonna kill Cheryl. That's what's going on!" I said glaring at Cheryl. "Why?" Toni asks. "She hates me. That's why." Cheryl says holding her face. "Yeah! And that's not the only reason. You told them!" I said. "Told you I would. I wasn't gonna wait any longer. Wait and watch you slowly ruin--" "Ruin my life?" I finished for her. She stayed silent. "Maybe I wanted to ruin my life. Maybe my life is mine, and I want to spend it how make it." I said still glaring at her. "Maybe your life is yours, but I'm not letting you ruin it." "Likes always it's always the same lame exucse." I said. "Okay, girls, you both need to stop!" Toni said. "Stop why? She's crazy!" Cheryl said. "I may be crazy, but you're just a bitch!" I said. "Okay, Betty, I'm not gonna disagree with you, but--" "TONI TOPAZ!" Cheryl yelled. "What? It's true. You've only been thinking about yourself." Toni said. Cheryl scoffed. "Really, Toni? You're taking her side!" Cheryl asked. "No! I'm going--" She was cut off by a car door shutting. We all looked back. It was sherif Keller. "Betty Cooper I need you to come with me." He said. "Fine. I don't want to be in the same room as this bitch anyways." I said and Cheryl came and tackled me. "Damnit!" I heard Toni said. Sheriff Keller pulled her off of me. "What's going on here?" He asked. "Nothing." I said and walked away.

We got to the sheriff's office he took my in and aksed me a couple of questions.

"Were you in an intimate relationship with your English teacher?" He asked me. I didn't say anything. I just kept looking down at my hands. "Betty, I need you to answer me. Were you in a romantic relationship with the English teacher at the highschool?" He asked me again. I sighed loudly. "Yes! Yes, I was!" I yelled. "Calm down, Betty. Now, I want to know if you knew how wrong it was for you to be in that relationship?" I nodded not looking up at all. "Yes, I do know it was wrong." I said. "Did she have some kind of lure over you?" He asked. "No, nothing like that at all!" I said defensively. "Okay. Okay, but why would you put yourself in that kind of relationship?" I shrugged. "Come on, Betty. I know you. You've been bestfriends with Kevin since you were five. He ways always so happy to be your friend. He loved you, and he still does. Then, he started tell me how you started to act weird and wouldn't hang out with him anymore. Then, he stopped saying anything at all. What on Earth told you that was a good idea?" He asked calmly. I sighed. "Love. My young dumb teenage mind. I guess it's just stupid to you." I said. "No, it's not stupid. How long were you two together?" He asked. I sighed. "I-- I don't know since about August 20th, I guess. Second week of school. What's gonna happen to Veronica?" I asked the important question. Well, to me at least. "Well, I'm afraid I couldn't give you that information even if I knew." I sighed. "Can I go now?" I asked. "Fine, but would you please stay here for a bit. Incase we need to talk to you later." "After they're done interrogating Veronica, no doubt." I mumbled as I walked out. I heard him sigh. I sat right outside of his office and waited. And waited. And waited. Until...
