Part Sixty-seven

Veronica's POV

"What are you doing?" I ask as Betty was going through her clothes. "I'm going to Cheryl's party tonight." She said. "What party?" I asked. "She is having a party at her place tonight and wanted me to come." I sighed dissapointedly. "But I wanted to spend the night with me." I complained. She smiled and looked back at me. "Don't worry. I'll be back before midnight." "But that's the time I wanna spend with you." I smirked. She rolled her eyes and went back to focusing on an outfit. I got up and stood up behind her. I put my hands on her waist and slowly wrapped them around her. "Maybe you could skip it." I said. "I can't I promised Cheryl." I sighed. "You can always give her a good excuse on why you did come." I said. She smiled and turned to look at me. "Yes, you would a good excuse on why I don't come." "Then stay with me." I said pulling her closer. She but her lip. "You're tempting, but Cheryl's scary." She said. I pulled her closer to where our bodies touched. "Please." I begged. She grabbed my face and pulled me into a passionate and lustful kiss. "I'll be back before eleven then. Since you're so desperate." She said. "What will it take for you to stay?" I asked. "For Cheryl to not be so scary." "Oh, come on she's not that intimidating." "Oh, you don't know her like I do. I've known her since pre-school and we're cousins. I think I would know." "Alright fine. I can't beat that." I said and went to sat back down on the bed. "Will there be alcohol at this party?" I asked. She shrugged. "Most likely. It's a highschool party and it's Cheryl's." She said. "You better not drink anything." I warned her. She looked back me and smirked. "Why I've done it before?" "What?"

After a while She found something to wear, but it was right in between party clothes and regular, if that makes sense. I gave her a sad face as she was about to leave since it was eight. "Don't look at me like that." She said walking over to me. "Like what?" I asked and bit my lip a little. "Well, don't bite your lip." She said and stood in front of me. "Why not?" I said and bit my lip again. "I'm gonna kill you." She said. "You couldn't do it." I said. She leaned in and kissed me. She pulled away. "I have to go." She said. I sighed. I watched as she left.

Betty's POV

I got to Cheryl's party and the whole school was basically there already. I found Cheryl and Toni in the middle of it. "Hey, Betty!" Cheryl said. "Hey guys!" I said. "Come." Cheryl said and started pulling me somewhere with Toni following. "Where the hell are you taking me?" I asked. We stopped in a room. "Here." She said. I looked around then to Cheryl. "What?" I asked. "It's a room." She started. "Yeah, I can see that. Why are we in here?" I asked. "You didn't let me finished. It's a room with your friends." She said. "Minus Kevin and Jughead?" I asked. "Well, your girl friends." She said. I nodded. "Okay."

We started talking then they brought up Veronica. It wasn't weird... at first. As we progressed through the conversation about her the questions got a little weird. At first it was things like "How are you guys?" And "What's going on with you two?" But now it's just weird.

"What do you mean you won't tell us?" Cheryl asked as I walked towards the door. "That is none of your concern! I mean yeah, I don't mind telling about my love and a bit of my sex life, but that's just to far!" I said. "What? How is that to far?" Cheryl asked and looked at Toni who looked at me. I was looking at Cheryl. "Betty's right." Toni said. "You think Betty's right!" Cheryl said. "Well, that was pretty personal question." Toni said. I rolled my eyes. "I'm going!" I said and walked out of the room.

I walked outside and grabbed my phone and looked at it. We were in there for over two hours. It's fucking ten. I meant to leave before this. Ugh! I looked around a bit. "Betty!" I heard from behind me. I turned and saw Cheryl and Toni. I rolled eyes. "Yes, Cheryl?" I asked annoyed. She stopped in front of me. "I'm sorry. That was a very personal question." She said. "Glad you realize that." I said. "Do you want to leave?" She asked. I nodded. "Yeah, I was meaning to leave before ten." "We'll take you." Toni said. "Would you please?" I asked. "Of course. Who gives a shit about these idiots." She said talking about the rest of the party.

Once we got to Veronica's it was almost ten-thirty. "Thanks, Cheryl. And I'm sorry for getting so mad." I said. "No, you had a reason. I was just being a bitch. I should be the sorry one, and I am." I smiled. "Thanks." I said. "No problem. Now I have something for you to do." She said. "What?" I asked. "Get in there and fuck your girl like it's your last night together." "CHERYL!" Toni and I both yelled. "Go." She said. "Fine!" I said and got out of the car and walked towards the door.

In the car with Cheryl and Toni. Cheryl's POV

"Oh, Betty. You have no idea what I just did." I said in my Sweet and slightly innocent voice. "Now all we have to wait, TT." I said and looked over at Toni. She smiled at me and I smiled at her. "We've been planning this for to long, babe." Toni said. I leaned in a kissed her. "I love you." I said. "I love you, too, babe." She said and we looked back at the house. Then one of the car doors opened in the back. "Great you two idoits are here! Finally!" I said impatiently. "Okay guys. What'd we miss?" We both looked back at Kevin and saw Jughead with him. "Nothing yet. Did you call him?" Toni asked. "Yep! Should be on they're way now." Kevin said. I smirked and looked at Toni. Then back at the two boys. "Be ready for the night of our lives boys." I said.
