Betty's POV

I woke up and it was a Monday. It's been a week. That was Friday night. I stayed inside Saturday and Sunday. Monday I didn't go to. Nor did I go Tuesday-Friday. I didn't want to see Cheryl or Kevin or Toni and Jughead. Sheriff Keller have been here a d asked if I knew anything about Archie. I told him I did.

"Did you know anything about her killing Mr. Andrews?"

"I did. I do."

"And why didn't you say anything?"

"I was trying to protect her. It was just the night you said we could still be together. I guess even you lied about that too."

He sighed. "Why were trying to protect her? I'm going to ask this again. Does she have something over you? Don't be scared to tell me, Betty." I looked up at him.

"Get out! I'm done with the conversation." He willingly got up. "Don't ever want to see you here again." Then I shut the door and locked it.

And that was it. He never came back since Sunday. Cheryl and Toni have tried coming. So have Kevin and Jughead. I've visited Veronica and I have a plan. A plan to get her out. I mean, I do need help, but there's just no good help anymore. Not here. Not in Riverdale.

Anyways, but it's Monday and I should probably go to school today, but I'm not going to. I'm going to get Veronica out today. Hopefully it works. I'm with her right now.

"Hey are you okay?" I looked up at Veronica and nodded.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Why?" I asked. She chuckled and smiled.

"I know when your fine, and right now is not one of those times." She said. "Come on tell me what is it." I sighed.

"I have a plan." She looked at me confused. "A plan for what?" She asked. I smiled nervously. "A plan to get you out of here." She shook her head. "No, you're not doing that." "What? Why not?" "Because we've already been in enough trouble as it is." She said. "But we won't stay in Riverdale. We can go somewhere else." I told her. "Like where?" She asked. "I don't know. Anywhere you want. And by anywhere I mean anywhere. Whether it's in a big city or in another small town or just anywhere." She smiled and laughed a little. "That sounds amazing, but Betty you can't do that." She said. "And what not?" "That's to much and--" she was cut off by the door opening. "Miss. Cooper you have to leave. We need to talk to her for a bit." I sighed and walked out.

I walked outside and just leaned against the wall trying to get fresh air to calm myself just a bit. I hope this works.

Veronica's POV

I sighed to myself. It was quiet for a while. "Well?" I asked. "What is it?" I asked annoyed. It was quiet a little longer. "Well, an anonymous person gave us money to bail you out." He stopped. "But?" "But we never said there was any bail money." "So?" "We were wondering if you knew anybody who would try and bail you out without any bail money." That got me thinking. Betty definatly wouldn't do it. She wouldn't be able to. None of my friends back in New York would know. I don't talk to them anymore. Who would... my parents? No, they wouldn't know. Unless Betty somehow got ahold of them, but she wouldn't be able too. "Do you?" This took my out of my thoughts. "Uhm, the only people I know would be able to do that are my parents and I don't think they know about this. Well, there are two people outside claiming to be your parents and want you out now. Now we're waiting for approval, but until then we'd you like me to let them in?" I hesitated, but nodded. He walked to the door and two people walked in who were actually my parents. "Mom? Dad?" I questioned. "Hello, mija. I see you've gotten yourself in a great deal of trouble." My father said. "Care to explain how this happened?"
