Veronica's POV

I got up and did my normal morning routine.

As I arrived at Riverdale High it was still like a typical day. Though, as I walked to my classroom the door was open a little bit. I swear I locked it yesterday. Okay, not creepy. I walked into the class and nothing was out of place like at all. I walked over to my desk and saw a notecard with a number writen on it. Both the number and the handwriting looked familiar. I grabbed the paper that was in my drawer and compared the handwriting. Exactly the same. Okay. So I guess it is hers. I put the paper back and just stared at the notecard.

An hour later
Betty's POV

I was at school already. It was six and I was already at school. Literally nobody else is here. I mean other than the teachers. I was just sitting in the students lounge by myself. You know? I'm bored. Im going to the my class like thirty minutes early. I went into the class and she was sitting at her desk. She turned her head and looked at me. "Hi." She said. "Hi. Sorry I'm here early I just wanted to get a quiet place to finish my report. I know I asked for a few extra days, but things changed. I had time to get it almost done." I said. She smiled a nodded. "Yea, okay." "Thanks." I said and sat down at my seat. I pulled my papers out. "Hey and by the way." I heard her say. I looked at her. She had a card in her hand and was walking over to me. "Is this yours?" She asked and layed the exact same notecard on the table. I looked at it and sorta froze. I looked at her. I didn't know what to say. "Well I gave that to you in case I needed help with English." I told her. "Well I should give you my number so you could text me. I won't be able to know if you need help." I looked down a little. "Yea, didn't think about that." "Did you do this last night and that was the reason my door was open this morning." I sighed. "Yes, it is. I'm sorry." I said. "It's okay." She flipped the notecard over to the side with no writing and took my pencil and started writing something. She handed my the card back. "If you need help." I smiled and felt my face heating up. I looked down so she wouldn't notice. "Anyways, I'll let you get back to work." She said. And walked back to her desk.

I was finished about ten minutes later.

11) DON'T listen to your heart in these situations. It'll fuck you up.

12) NEVER listen your mind in this. If anyone else tells you this is wrong and you need to get out. Trust them, they what they are talking about.

I walked over to her desk. "Is it okay to turn in out report now?"  I asked. She nodded. "Of course." I handed her my report and just sat back at my desk.

After school (cause I'm lazy)

I was walking home and I saw a whole bunch of cars in the front of my house. Yea, I ain't doing it. I walked away from my house. I kept walking till I got to Sweet water river. I decided since I'm here I just sit.

I was here for a few hours. I honestly don't want to go back home, but it's getting dark. I got up and started walking back. I saw something moving. I froze. I looked at where I thought I saw something moving and nothing was there. I started walking again so I don't die. I heard something again. I turned around and saw someone. I could sort of see who they were cause it was only eight. She had ravin colored hair. Okay, I know who it is. "What are you doing out here?" She asked me. I shurgged. "Well I came here to get away from my mother. She joined the cult " I said. She walked closer to me. "I'm sorry." I shook my head. "No, it's fine." I said. "I just came here to clear my head."

Veronica's POV

"Oh okay." I said. "What are you doing here?" She asked me. "This is the way I take walks. I walk to clear my head too." "Oh."

11) Ignore your feelings there never right. No matter what your heart and mind tells you.

12) Your always wrong when it comes to these situations. People always find out and it doesn't end well, for anybody.

I just looked at her. It was getting darker by the minute. It was also almost eight so it makes sense. We were only a few feet away from each other. It was quiet. We were just looking at each other. I took another step closer to me. "Do you want a ride home?" I asked her. She shrugged. "I don't know. I was gonna stay here a bit longer, but it's eight ten already." She said. I nodded. "So do you want one." "Sure." We stood there and just kept looking at each other again. "Rule number thirteen." She said. "Listen to everything we just said." I said and kissed her. She started kissing me back. Before I knew it we were full on making out. She pushed me against a tree. I wrapped my hands around her neck. "You do realize this is wrong." She said and looked at me. I nodded. "Of course I do. I was the one who said rule number thirteen. Have you been naming rules to?" I asked her. She nodded too. "Yea. How many did you name?" "Twelve till now. You?" "Same. So I guess it's twenty-five then." I nodded, again. "I guess so." I said and kissed her again.

We made out for the next twenty to thirty minutes. "I should go." She said. I nodded. "Yea. I can drive you home." I told her. "Okay."

I drove her all the way to her house. "Thanks." She said. I nodded. "Yea." She opened the door. "Oh, but before I go." She leaned over and so did I. She kissed me then pulled away a few seconds later. "You still have my number?" I asked. Our faces still inches away from each others. She reached into her pocket and pulled the notecard out. "Yep." She said with a smile. "Good. Now go." I said. She gave me one more small kiss on the lips then got out of the car and shut the door. I sighed. Fuck! Not to long after my phone vibrated. I looked at it, it was an unknown number.

Unknown number

Missing you.

**Is what it read. I smiled and out of the passenger window. She was standing at the front door looking back at me with a smile on her face.

I'm sorry.

**Is what I said. I watched as she looked down at her phone then laughed and walk inside. I put my phone down.
