"Mr. Kim, do you want a drink?" Jin asked as he poured himself his second glass of wine.

Taehyung stood by the kitchen island and just looked at his daughter's sitter, wondering where he went wrong in the hiring process. "No Seokjin, however, I would like to have a talk with you to go over some ground rules that I will need you to adhere to while taking care of my daughter," Taehyung said in a firm tone, expecting Seokjin to pay attention to him, but unfortunately Jin's attention never left his wine glass.

"Okay, Mr. Kim, what's the issue? Is it because I didn't give her extra food today? I mean I think what he ate today was enough in my defense, even I was full and if I am full, then that says a lot, you know what I mean?" Jin said as he twirled the glass of wine in his hand and sent his ninth text to Yoongi for the night since he had hung upon him.

"Seokjin, I am very serious here, and I would appreciate it if you can put the glass down and sit down and listen to me.....unless this job is no longer important to you?" Jin dropped the wine glass and immediately sat down on the stool that was in front of him.

"Mr. Kim, I am very serious about whatever it is that you want to discuss. This job is also very important to me. I told you, without it, I would be a homeless guy and-" Jin began wiping his eyes, "Mr. Kim, have you ever been homeless?" Jin questioned with a sniffle.

"No Seokjin. I have never been homeless, and I do not want you to be homeless either, but if it continues where you are not abiding by my rules homeless is what you might have to be until you find yourself another job."

Jin's eyes widen at Taehyung tone; he could tell his boss was no longer joking. "I understand Mr. Kim. It is never my intention to disobey your rules, can you please tell me what I am doing wrong so that I can correct my behavior and better serve you and your daughter?" Seokjin said with a polite smile.

Taehyung was entirely taken back my Seokjin's sudden change of tone as well; this was the Seokjin he recalled hiring. The one he watched on camera most days was certainly not the one he hired.

"You are overfeeding my daughter, and I don't like it."

"Sir, I don't think that's a fair statement," Seokjin responded

"And why is that?"

"Don't you think it's your daughter who is overeating? Honestly Mr.Kim most of the time I cook something it's for me and not for her. You said she is supposed to have meals three times per day with snacks once per day, juice only twice and water the rest of the day, correct?"

"Seokjin-"

"I do give her three meals per day, although in truth I am only supposed to be here to provide her with two meals per day since you are never home and you don't relieve me of my duty to go home, so I end up having to feed her the third meal. I don't have a set limit on what I eat per day, and it seems to me as your daughter likes my eating schedule better than the one you've set for her, so she tends to eat what I eat, am I supposed to be blamed for that?

I don't mean to be rude Mr. Kim, but I am only trying to understand your expectations of me as your daughter's babysitter. Understanding your expectations will allow me to determine if being homeless is a better choice." Seokjin said and pulled for his glass of wine, taking a sip as he eyed his boss who seemed baffled by his response.

"Seokjin, are you planning on refuting everything I have to say or will you shut up and allow me to talk? I think there is a misunderstanding in who is the employer and who is the employee here."

"similar to how I think there is a misunderstanding of who the real parent is here," Jin whispered to himself.

"What was that?" Taehyung questioned as he glared at Jin

"Nothing Sir, nothing at all. I am sorry for how I have been acting. Please proceed in telling me the changes you would like for me to make." Jin said with a smile.

Taehyung looks at Jin doubtful but decided to continue what he wanted to say. "I want you to stick to the meal plan I had in place for my daughter. She is not supposed to eat anything after 8pm; she's a child Seokjin and one who needs to understand the importance of rules. Also, I would appreciate it if you tone down your uncultured behavior in front of her. She is only a child, and I would like for her to keep her innocence and not be exposed to the sins of this world. I mean no offense by that.

Further, I think there is a misunderstanding with you being here; I never hired you as a baby sitter that comes and goes as you please with off nights and weekend. You were employed as a full-time living in baby sitter. I was generous in the beginning to give you time off, especially the weekend and will continue to try and give you weekends off when I can. I am not sure where you misunderstood this, but I would suggest you reference to the agreement you signed initially and come back to me with any questions."

Jin toyed with the now empty glass in his hand and took in a deep breath, "Mr. Kim I would like if you could define my working hours? I am fine, and all with living here, the room I have is nice and so are the other perks, but I need to make sure I am not on lockdown with work 24/7,"

"For now, let's go with 6-7pm. Weeks and weekends that I am away I will expect you to be flexible with those hours."

Jin smiled internally; if he were to work those hours and have some weekends off, he'd certainly get to see Yoongi. "That's fine. I am good with this."

"Good. by the way Seokjin, I will be home a lot more than before, I expect to see you taking care of my daughter more and spending less of my money on food." Taehyung said and smiled at Jin before walking away.
