LILO PELEKAI was a normal girl, for the most part. She worked a part-time job at the local deli, lived with her sister in a one-bedroom apartment, and got mostly B's.
And then she got a parasite.
Well, not intentionally, she just wanted a dog. But, she was stuck with the thing whether she liked it or not. Which, for the record, she didn't. But, it could be helpful. It told her to kill people at random, but it also told her to get bagels because Nani liked bagels.
So, she tried to resume a normal life with a dark and homicidal parasite living within her and a sudden crave for brains and dark chocolate.
However, said parasite did not like being kept cooped up within her body at every waking moment. So they made a deal: she'd be a vigilante, like the "Spider-Man," in exchange for the parasite to stop intruding her thoughts with their wants for freedom.
And, it worked. That is until the kid next door figured out her secret, and the company her parasite came from wanted it back.

→ lilo goes to adopt a dog because nani says she's lonely, so she gets literally the ugliest dog she can find, because she's lilo. turns out that dog had venom inside it, and one thing led to another, and she got a parasite and a dog.
→ the company does call venom 626, because that was his i.d. number. also, lilo calls venom venom, but the dog stitch.
