JOSIE FRANCIS liked to spray paint, or, as most people called it; graffiti. And she was good at it, too.
She made a vow (to herself, of course) to tag her symbol all around Queens and the surrounding cities. By the time she graduated highschool, she wanted her symbol to be spraypainted around the state.
However, Josephine had just turned sixteen, and still hadn't gotten close to her goal. She needed help, and she needed someone who could do it and wasn't a snitch.
Cindy Moon, her next-door neighbor and acquaintance, was just the gal for that, Josephine was sure of it. So, together, the two were going to complete Josephine's vow to tag her symbol across the state within two years.
