VOYA PIKE was peculiar, most would say. She had money to waste out of a job that her name wasn't even tied to despite the fame of it, she had an attitude that made her blend in yet spark a fire, and every time something suspicious surrounding her happened, she was always quick to be relieved of every single charge and released on a "misunderstanding."
Voya blended into the people of Central City, molding into what they considered normal, people who were always busy and quick to judge—both things Voya was good at.
After spending time for a cause she held dear that didn't exist in the eyes of many, she was back in Central City, trying to lay low before heading back in. Except she got a call from a former colleague, Caitlin Snow, asking for help on their latest "project," a man named Barry Allen who had fallen into a comatose state after the Particle Accelerator Explosion.
It was something to occupy her time, to keep her hidden while she planned her next escape for her deeds. It was never meant to push her into a thing that would cause her to unravel the very basis of their time, to question their being and destroy her plans.
Shrouded within a past she'd buried six feet under, Voya began her descent into the darkness that was their universe.

EXTRA.
→ Voya was (formerly) a part of an assassin organization. It wasn't necessarily willingly, since from being an infant she was raised in said organization. She left at age 16, escaping the organization. She got a new identity (fool-proof one), and lived an unnoticeable life. In the organization, it was connected to the League of Assassins, and at age 22 they are officially made a member of the League where they become an assassin at their expense.
→ Voya is a writer, under the pen name "N.A." Aka: Not Announced. Her books are bestselling, but no one knows it's her writing them. That's her source of income.
→ Voya wouldn't just be like "hey! I'm an assassin!!" She wouldn't ever tell them, because it's something she's not proud of (she's not ashamed, because it's a part of who she is, but she doesn't like that she did it). It's up to you whether she'd ever tell anyone, but realistically, she wouldn't, since Team Flash is very no-kill.
→ An important note: in the organization, they had a "conclave." Where fourteen women (since it's an all-women organization), would face off, their ages varying from teen to young adult. The last one standing would continue to move up the ranks. Voya always won. That's important! Voya's very skilled, to the point Oliver Queen doesn't have shit on her, because she was trained her entire life, not just five years.
