The moon is made of silver
The sun is made of gold
The stars are of titanium
The strong and flickering souls
They chase each other in the sky
But neither one is caught
Never looking down on us,
Dependent little dots
The clouds are made of cotton,
Each rainstorm heaven-sent
The raindrops make their music,
Harmonizing with the wind
The sky is full of wonder, but
Its deep and mysterious blue
Will never amount, in any way
To the wonder that is you.
