Fireworks

It only takes a tiny spark
To send a rocket through the dark
Shining, soaring like a lark
And bursting into fireworks
Blazing red and burning bright
Creating evanescent lights
That fall like stars out of the night
Their explosions echo with delight
But from a satellite placed afar
Or from a distant, watching star
All that is seen is the ghost of a grin
As the firework show is held within.
