The snow is much more beautiful
From behind glass
Like a wild animal, a white wolf howling
The snow is much more amazing
When it is an excuse to stay inside
Wrapped in wool, trapped behind the door
The winter is a wonderland
From far away
When the fire substitutes the sun
And blankets replace the summer warmth
The winter is more breathtaking
When you are able to breathe
When the wind doesn't shred your skin
When the snow doesn't chew your toes
When you are safe at home
From the white wolf,
Huffing and puffing at your brick walls.
