Tears
Tear
My eyes

I fight again
To not see
That look in their
Eyes

That says
"You could be
So much more
Then this"
Spat
From their
Lips
It seems
The feeling
That blooms
In my heart
Is shattering
The spark
The need
The electricity
That brings me
Back to try
Again
Cry again
Smile
In a brief moment
When the skies
Clear
So I try
I try
I do
I try
I tried
To find
That spark
Once more
But I've lost
It as soon
As I left the shore
With the water
Licking my lungs
Grasping my throat
Tangling me
In the tides
With it's rope
I tried
Mom
I really did try
It wasn't enough
Please just let me
Close my eyes
