Infatuation

A smile

Spreads across

Her face

Her hair cascades

With grace

Over her grey

Eyes that fade

Her cheeks

Gain a light

Blush

A giggle springs

To her lips

"He was looking at me" she thinks

She continues

To watch him

His every move

Who he talks

To

A fire burns

In her soul

She wants

Him to quench

Her need

But the flames

Crackle on

She Inhales

His outfit

Exhales his

Midnight hair

She caught the rare

Smile that was

Never let out from it's bondage

His demeanor

Was different now

She didn't often catch

Him laughing around her

Heck, she never used to notice

The petite

Sparkle in his eye

That was lovely when it shined

He had once taken the time

To speak to her

To sit with her

To laugh with her

To do nothing

With her

But this attentiveness

Was passive

She had been blind

she herself

Had once made his heart

Flood with warmth

Later it filled

With resentment and doubt

Until it become

Forgotten altogether

Fallen from his thoughts

She herself now

Can no longer

Get him off her mind

But she was blind!

He moved on

He can now see

Though I can't say the same

Of the young girl

Who sits at her desk

Staring at the young boy

Who can't stop glancing

Towards her best friends breasts
