Beginners Luck

First Offical Date

The day has flown by it was already 4pm and me and Justin are leaving at 6 for our offical first date. As comfortable as I am around him I feel so nervous for the date. Probably because i know itll just be me and him with no fear of anyone barging in on us anywhere. We'll finally be able to have some "us" time and not get interupted.

"i dont even know what im gonna wear" I sighed throwing myself on Kaes bed as she hung up laundry

"well where are yall going?"

"hell if i know its a surprise!" i halfway hollered

Kae laughed "well if hes anything like Drew which he is.. Youll be just fine in almost anything.. Maybe a cute dress or jeans and a flowy cute top"

"i dont have anything cute to wear here remember were leaving tomorrow we only came for a few days and I just threw stuff in my suitcase!"

I got up walking into her closet to see what all she had hidden in there. im a little bit smaller than her but most of her tops will fit perfectly.. I knew i had a cute pair of jeans with a few rips in them if i could just find a cute top and a pair of sandals or something.

"you have to have something cute in here" I said searching through the hangers

"try more towards the back theres some tops back there that dont really fit me right anymore"

I walked towards the back of the closet with Drews stuff on the right side and Kaes nearly taking over the whole closet I spotted a yellow crop top type shirt that was cute and pulled it out.

"ah ha!" i said pulling it out and walking towards her

"that would look cute with these.." Kae said wondering off towards her shoes

she pulled out a pair of short zip up boots with a little heel on them. Now alls i got to worry about is my hair and makeup..

"Perfect! now onto hair and makeup.." "i only have an hour left" I said running off down the hall to my room

I decided to add some wave to my hair instead of it being straighter than a door nail.. I did light makeup and some clear lip gloss.. It was 5:45 I ran out of the bathroom pulled my jeans on slipped the sandals on and then my shirt. I stood in front of the mirror looking at myself trying to reassure myself that i looked okay.. The shirt was a little longer than i hoped it would be but it still teased showing some of my skin when i moved a certain way. My jeans hugged my curves and my hair fell surpringly just the right way..

"you look amazing" Kae said coming through the door

"how long have you been watching me" i scolded

"long enough to know youre second guessing if you look okay" she smirked

I rolled my eyes "im just nervous i guess"

"well hes up front waiting on you and i guarentee hes just as nervous"

i sighed "well here goes nothing.."

I hate that i have to leave tomorrow.. I have no idea whats gonna happen after tonight.. Long distance has never really been my thing im not sure i could handle it.

Drew let me off a little early today so i was able to get myself all cleaned up and ready for tonight. I called and made reservations at a nice resturant down town San Antone itll be about a 30 minute drive there and then afterwards i figured we could make a pallet and watch a movie on the projector on my patio at the house or something. I strung up some white lights around it cause i figured all girls like that kinda stuff.. I had flowers picked out and ready to go and alls I needed was to get myself ready.
