"Guys I want you to meet someone very special" I beam into the camera lens, "it's princess Kasiar"
I turned the camera over to Kaisar who currently looked very pissed off and unimpressed. Why? You ask. Well Auntie Faizah's daughter Hannah decided it would be a good idea to tie Kasiar's hair up into a small pony tail on the top of his head and make him look like a 4 year old girl.

"Go away" he grumbles pushing the camera away being careful not to hurt Hannah in the process because she was perched on his lap
"Anyways guys" I get up off my seat on the sofa and walk towards the kitchen where no one is and sit on one of the stools

"I'm actually so tired I have no idea how I'm going to deal with the mehndi tomorrow. And before I forget I just want to thank all of you who have taken the time to not only purchase but leave positive reviews on my website it definitely doesn't go unnoticed" I pause to take a sip of water

"Zara your mum sai-" Hamza stops his sentence halfway when he notices I have my camera out
"What?" I ask
"Your mum said you put my jacket away before, where is it?" He asks looking at his watch
"It's in my room"
"Can you get it, hurry up" he presses looking down at this watch
"Chill out" I say putting my camera down

He follows behind me as I run up to my room,
"Here, I'm sure your girlfriend can wait two minutes but whatever" I mumble the last bit shoving his jacket into his hands
"What?" He asks
"Nothing" I dismiss
Just as I turn my back to him my phone starts to ring and I quickly launch myself onto my bed before he can see the caller I.D. because there's only one person it could be at this time

"Harris?" He laughs and I cringe
"Who's that" I ask absentmindedly
"Your mcm" he replies casually and I roll my eyes
"Don't you have a girlfriend to get to anyways?" I ask noticing my phone had stopped ringing
"Don't you have a phone call to attend to instead of making shit up about me?" He sasses and I pull a face at him before kicking him out of my room

I ring Harris back once he's gone and he picks up after three rings
"Hey" he greets
"Hi"
I honestly don't know what to say we left it on a bad note
"How come you didn't pick up before?"
"I was downstairs and I left my phone on charge in my room"
"Are you alone?" I hum in response to his question

"What was all that about before?" I finally ask the question that has been itching away at me since three o'clock
He just sighs and I roll my eyes
"I don't wanna argue with you so can we talk like adults?" I ask

"Zara you know why I'm pissed" he says in a tired tone
"No I don't, clearly" I reply in an obvious tone, "so please, enlighten me"
"Don't talk to me in that tone" he says, his voice suddenly turns dark
I scoff, "I'll talk to you however I please"
"Zara" he warns
"Harris what the fuck is wrong with you?" I ask in disbelief
"I don't know what you're talking about"
I can just feel him shrugging on the other side of the line

"Are you pissed because you think I'm gonna end up coming back home engaged?" I suggest
"Wow, 10/10 for that suggestion"
I've actually never spoken to him when he's like this. To be fair, I didn't even think he had a side like this to him.
"I thought I said we were going to talk like adults" I sigh
"You're the one being childish, don't beat around the bush and tell me what's going on with one of your cousins init" he rambles

"Look, it's late and I'm tired, and as much as I don't wanna end the night like this I don't have the energy to argue with you. I don't get how many more times you want me to tell you this but I'm not fucking interested in any of my cousins even if their parents are planning on getting me engaged to them it's not gonna happen. If you can't understand that then unfortunately I can't do this anymore. Night Harris"

I end the call and put my phone down and sigh.

And that was the first argument ladies and gentlemen
