Chapter 65

Michelle nuzzled Shawn's ear as she snuggled up next to him. "Shawn are you awake?"

"Hmmm?"

"Honey, it's after 10. We have to get up."

"I don't want to get up just yet," he murmured in his raspy morning voice, his eyes still closed.

"Well ok, but you have to snuggle with me then," she said, running her hand over his stomach and up his chest.

He turned on his side to face her and pulled her close, kissing her softly on the forehead as he ran his hand down her back.

"Do you feel better this morning since you got a good night's sleep?" he asked.

"I do! I actually slept for almost 8 hours, so I guess that's what I needed."

"Well that's great babe," Shawn replied as he snuggled down in the blankets with her. "I promise I won't wear you out today, but tonight all bets are off," he chuckled.

"What are we gonna do today?"

"Well my little lovebug, today is completely devoted to romance. Not that every day with you isn't devoted to our romance in some way, but today we're gonna be that couple that people look at and either wish they could have what we have, or they look at us and get physically ill because they can't stand cheesy romantic couples. Either way I personally don't give a fuck, because as long as I'm with you in our own little world, I'm good. Damn babe, I was never like this before...look what you've turned me into!"

"So what're you saying? You've turned into a hopeless romantic?" Michelle asked as she pinched his abs making him flinch.

"Yes! But don't tell anyone, I mean I don't want that kind of info getting around campus. Marcus thinks I'm pussywhipped as it is," he joked, giving her a sleepy grin that always melted her.

"Do you think that? Do you feel like I've done that to you?" Michelle asked.

"Chelle, of course you've changed me, but in a good way. I mean I never wanted to be in a serious relationship before you came along and now I can't imagine not having you in my life and being committed to you. I feel like the luckiest guy ever, to be with you. You're my girl."

"I love you Shawn and I love all the romantic things you've planned for our short time in Toronto. And just so you know, I'll never get tired of cheesy romantic gestures, no matter what other people think about us," she giggled, giving him kisses all over his handsome face as she ran her fingers through his messy curls.

After lounging in bed for awhile, Michelle got up to go to the bathroom, brushed her teeth, then stripped off her pajama pants and bralette to take her morning shower and as she was shampooing her hair, Shawn joined her, giving her a scalp massage which she always loved. When they were finished with their shower Shawn went back into the room to make some coffee for himself and Michelle and brought the box of mini muffins with him as he sat beside her on the bed. Since he was taking her to the distillery district, most of the shops and restaurants didn't open until noon, so they had plenty of time for a leisurely late morning that included more snuggling and making out that soon turned into an intense round of pleasuring each other orally. When they finally got out of bed to get dressed and ready to leave, it was after 12 and Shawn made sure he had his phone and wallet with him before they left the room to head out for their day of romance.
