"Intriguing, yes? Would anyone like to venture a guess as to what's inside?" Remus asks as we all stand before a tall wardrobe which is rattling
"That's a Boggart, that is"Seamus says
"Very good, Mr. Finnigan. Can anyone tell us what a Boggart looks like?" Remus asks
"No one knows"Mione says making Ron jump
"When'd she get here?"Ron whispers to me and Harry
"Boggarts are shape-shifters. They take the shape of whatever a particular person fears most. That's what makes it so" Mione continues
"Terrifying, yes. Luckily, a very simple charm exists to repel a Boggart. Let's practice it now, shall we? Without wands, please... Riddikulus!"Remus says
"Riddikulus!" We all repeat
"It's this class that's ridiculous" I hear Draco mutter
"your ridiculous" I tell Draco with a glare
"Good. So much for the easy part. You see, the incantation alone is not enough. What really finishes a Boggart off is... laughter. You need to force it to assume a shape you find truly amusing. Neville, come up here, will you? "Remus asks Neville who steps forward queasily."What would you say is the thing that frightens you most?"Remus asks him
"profess... Snafpt..."Neville mutters
"Didn't catch that, Neville, sorry"Remus tells him
"Professor Snape."Neville repeats making everyone laugh
"Hmmm... yes. Neville, I believe you live with your grandmother?"Remus asks him
"Yes, but I don't want the Boggart to turn into her either"Neville says
"It won't. But I want you to picture her clothes, only her clothes, very clearly in your mind. Can you do that?"Remus asks Neville
"She carries a red handbag"Neville says closing his eyes
"That's fine. We don't need to hear it. If you see it, we will. Now, when I open this wardrobe, Neville, here's what I want you to do" Lupin says as he leans close to Neville and whispers in his ear"You can do this, Neville"Remus tells Neville who nods nervously and takes a deep breath "Right then. Wand at the ready. One. Two. Three!" Re,is says and the wardrobe opens and Snape appears, eyes flashing hideously as he stalks forward Neville backs away in fright."Think, Neville. Think!" Remus tells him
"R-r-riddikulus!" Neville says and Snaps is wearing a long trimmed dress, a moth-eaten hat and a crimson handbag and it's hilarious
"Ron! Forward! " Remus says and as Ron walks forward Snape turns into a mad whirling mass, then mutates into a giant spider
"Riddikulus"Ron says and giant roller skates materialize on the spider's hairy feet and it begins to shuffle crazily in place.
"Parvati!"Remus says and as Parvati steps up, the spider spins faster and faster,then reappears as a vampire
"Riddikulus!"Parvati says and the vampire whips the cloak across its eyes, when it let's go of the cloak we see that the vampire is now dressed like carmen miranda
"Lovely! Lola" Remus says and the Boggert turns into a pile of dead body's Harry, Ron, Mione, Ginny,Fred,George,Remus,dad and even Draco
"Riddikulus!"I say and the pile of body's turn into them all dancing together and my favourite has to be Ron dancing with Draco
"Mr. Thomas!" Remus says and I walk over beside Ron
"Cheers for that Lola" Ron says to me as the boggart turns into a giant Cobra
"Riddikulus!" Dean says and the cobra's head back and forth, transforms into a jack in the box
"Next!" Remus says and Harry steps forward expectantly. The boggart then turns into a Dementor, Harry starts to raise his wand, then freezes and the Dementor looms closer and closer, when Remus steps between, snaps his wand."Here!l Remus says and it turns into a mist which becomes clouds with a full moon "Riddikulus"Remus says and the moon deflates like a punctured balloon and whizzes crazily about the room, then darts back into the wardrobe and the wardrobe door slams shut."Well done, everyone. I think that's enough excitement for today" Remus says and we all exit the classroom
