Me, Ron and Mione are sitting in the Common room waiting for Harry to return. He left a while ago because he had to go see Dumbledore but he hasn't returned and I'm getting worried about him. I read my book as I hear some banging coming from outside the common room, I place my book on the sofa and get up taking a look out of the window
"Oh my god!"I say looking at Hagrids hut which is on fire
"What the bloody hell happened?" Ron asks as him and Mione look at the sight
"Come on let's go"Mione says and we leave the common room and jog down the stairs to the courtyard where everyone is. The three of us walk through the crowd to the front where we see Dumbledore laying there dead. Tears run down my face as Harry appears and kneels down at Dumbledores side where Ginny soon joins him giving him a hug. McGonagall raises her wand in the air and so do I and everyone else as a sign of respect towards Dumbledore.
"Do you think he would have done it? Draco?"I ask Harry as we stand on the Astronomy tower
"No. No he was lowering his wand, in the end it was Snape. It was always Snape and I did nothing" Harry says to me "it's fake, open it"Harry says handing me the locket which I open up and unfold the piece of parchment inside it
"To the Dark Lord. I know I will be dead long before you read this but I want you to know it was I who discovered your secret. I have stolen the real Horcrux and intend to destroy it as soon as I can. I face death in the hope that when you meet your match you will be mortal once more. R.A.B" I read out loud
"Who's R.A.B?"Mione asks
"Don't know but whoever they are, they have the real Horcrux. Which means it was all a waste"Harry says as he looks over at Ron who is sitting on the steps
"Ron is okay with it you know. You and Ginny. But if I were you when he's around I'd keep the snogging to a minimum" I tell him with a smile
"I'm not coming back, I've got to finish whatever Dumbledore started. I don't know where that'll lead me but I'll let you three know where I am when I can"Harry tells us
"I've always admired your courage Harry, but sometimes you can be really thick" I tell him
"Ypu don't seriously think you're gonna be able to find all those Horcruxes by yourself do you? You need us Harry"Mione tells him
"I never realised how beautiful this place was"Harry says as Forks comes flying in and Ron comes and stands with us as we look out at the lake as Forks flies off into the distance
