I know that everyone thinks that sign language is strictly reserved for the hearing impaired. The gestures that have been perfected over the years have helped many people that suffer from hearing loss.
Sign language to me is more about reading the sign language that comes from God. Are there things that occur around you on a daily basis that are signs from God? What makes some people aware of these signs, while others are not aware of them? I once was blind, but now I see. Some may call this insanity. Others may call this coincidence. I just think God is all around you. He is in the people you meet and the things that happen throughout a day. There is Divine Intervention.
My friend once told me, that I may look to hard for a sign and maybe he is right. I sure feel a connection with God when things work out for the best. When you are in it, you are in it. Some may call it the zone, others may be guided by a force they cannot describe. Maybe we should not receive these signs because we are sinners, maybe we are full of crap. Maybe, just maybe, there is something underneath the surface of reality and it is amazing.
