Terminator! This is not about the killer of so many people around the world. This is in reference to those people on a team or a company that try to prevent others from succeeding.
You see I have seen first-hand what can happen, when you have a team that is headed somewhere. On that team, you will have a couple of players that do not get enough playing time. They become a cancer on the team. They try to kill other's spirit and attitude. Woe is me! They become people when you ask them to be part of the team say " I can't sir. Get it! Can't Sir!
