Chapter 82: Your Overall Record

Just thinking again. When coaches retire, they have an overall win/loss record. This determines there success or failure as a coach. Could that apply to our life's record? Do our decisions that we make along life's journey go into a win or loss column? What decisions do we make during times of adversity or struggle, success, discernment, or even the people we surround ourselves? The power of the choice, the responsibility of the choice, the response to tragedy will all go into a win or loss column. And when we get to the day that we take our last breathe, we can look back and confirm that I was a winner or a loser. All the cliche's come to mind:

"Winners never quit and quitters never win"

"Treat others as you want to be treated;"

"When times get tough, you have to get tougher";

 "Never say I will try, because trying opens the door for quitting"

"Keep your eye on the ball"

"Keep your eyes on the prize";

" It is all about the finish line".

"If you can take it, you can make it"

Just a suggestion, but before every decision, ask God for assistance and then get out of the way.
